I came here with my mom, who has been coming here for a while and we were both very happy with the service. The workers were all very sweet, and well trained. My nail tech showed me what she was doing and asked me if I liked it throughout the whole process. She also decided to redo a tip because it looked crooked- it was so minuscule that i didn't even notice, but she did it anyway. She was very gentle and very clearly knew what she was doing. The woman who did my pedicure was also nice, and does really good massages. This is definitely my new go-to read more

Came back for a pedicure *Walked in picked color sat for 5 minutes (no prob) *3 employees doing manicure 2 doing pedicure with a total of 8 customers in the shop. *They get me in a chair and put the water for my foot to soak... I sat there for 35+ minutes with my foot in the water. I Look over 2 other ladies that were here before me also waiting to be serviced (I'm still sitting here as I'm typing this review) I thought to myself so many times me and my wet feet are going to leave. The first time I was here I saw the same employees and same wait issue so it wasn't a case of short staff... by time she got to me my toes were wrinkly. This was the worst nail salon I've ever been to. During my pedicure the tech not only burned my foot with too hot paraffin wax, but she also cut several of my toes while doing ny cuticles. Then she proceeded to swat & kill a fly that was on my leg, it fell into water & she left it there. She didn't even give me a complete pedicure. Then on my to fill in, if the man wasn't coughing, he wa on his phone texting. They were not busy at all. I got there @ 1:00 & left right after 4:00. ..Here I am. I've been home an hour, been close to 3 hours since my pedicure & my toenails are not dry & one just smudged when I just checked. I mentioned my awful pedicure, the man nodded his head, then asked if I had my polish. This is my 2nd time coming here & the 1st time was no better. I should have learned my lesson & I was hoping that maybe the first time was a one off..NO!!! Avoid this place. read more

I've had my nails done here before and they've looked amazing but the last time I came here my nails looked the worst I've ever seen them. She took my gel off with the nail drill instead of soaking them off which ruined my nails. She then proceeded to do my pink French tip which looked fine other than the fact you could see how damaged my nails were. My nails lasted about 4 days before they began to break and rip. read more

Today was my last visit. Their customer service has gotten poor since moving. The last 3x I went, my gel nails lasted only 1 week. And my toes got a chip in it the next day. Today when I went in, the owner was just a snot. Used to be a good place, but I don't like getting treated like they don't even know me. I don't think I've been disappointed by the job they have done on my nails yet. I typically get a pedicure once a month and my nails filled in every 3 weeks. The prices are just a little more than other places but it is worth it. The decor is simple but clean and for the most part the other language conversations are kept to a minimum. The owners are typically present if there is a problem (which I haven't had), the massage chairs are nice. They even have smaller massage chairs for your daughters or for someone of smaller stature! They added a tanning salon to the set up but I cannot comment on that as I don't use it. I will continue to go back to them for my manis and pedis. read more

I have been an on again off again customer for this business for well over a decade and am truly disappointed with how far downhill they have gone. I hadn't been for quite some time but had heard of the changes they had been making so decided to give them yet another try. Big mistake. I wanted to treat myself to a nice pedicure as well as try out SNS nails as I have heard nothing but great things about this nail system only to be told by one of the owners that he "didn't think I would like SNS and should just get a gel manicure." which led me to believe he just didn't want to take the time to do my nails. (I've had this issue with their staff before in the past) Unbelievable!! After my gel manicure I was taken over to the pedicure chairs and as I sat down the nail tech tried to begin working on my toes before they had even had time to soak, not to mention that I wasn't even offered a choice of pedicure (which I KNOW they offer a vast variety) I asked to see the booklet with all of the different services and she did not seem very happy about that. She rushed her way through my entire pedicure so much so that she didn't even take the time to make sure my entire nail was even polished. Absolutely ridiculous. All I wanted was a nice pedicure to take the edge off of a long day and I did nothing but waste my money on this business who truly needs to step their game up. So disappointing. read more

Worst pink and whites I've ever gotten. I can't wait till they grow out. I have a new baby so I have very limited time. I noticed that the nails were too wide and the pink was too short. The guy doing them didn't even ask if I liked them. The gel is either too far from my cuticle or on top of it. On some nails it's both. I won't ever be back. I will make sure I worm people about how bad their work is. I could go on about how bad it looks but I'm done, I just want be returning. read more

I've been going here for 3 years. Although it's always been short staffed since I've been going, I was pleased with my service for the most part. However, recently, the service is not satisfying. My nails don't even last a week anymore and when I mention it to the owner, he says I must be rough in my nails or wash my hands too much. He never admits fault. He offered a suggestion that I told him wouldn't work and my nails started to break the next day. I don't hit my nails, I don't do manual labor so there's no reason why my nails no longer last 2 weeks. Of course I wash my hands and that does not justify my nails breaking within days or the gel peeling. It's just gone downhill and it doesn't help that the owner doesn't listen when I tell him about MY nails. On top of that, they allow customers to come in without masks. read more

The nail salon was clean, comfortable the atmosphere was calm but the service I was given was insufficient. I addressed my concerns and complaints to the manager and she was very nonchalant and stated some of my concerns were valid and I could have nail tech remove and re apply gel polish. I stated I didn't want the same tech. The end result was a $5.00 disc which I think reflects how less she cared about me being a first timer at her salon and a repeat customer. I just went in here for a polish change on my toes, and didn't have much time. They got me in pretty quickly, but then tried to convince me to get a manicure. I said, no, and then she asked me if I wanted a design on my toes. If I wanted a design...wouldn't I have asked for that??? I felt like she was just trying to get me to spend more money, and was kinda pushy about it. Then, she charged me more than the posted price for the polish change! WTH?? I have been going to Classic Nails for a couple of years, and in the meantime I have also been to other nail salons in Warner Robins. I keep coming back to Classic because the professionals are very nice, and the ambiance is great: no blaring TV's, no loud music. The only negative is that sometimes you will get a longer wait and they are not so straightforward when informing you realistically about that, so you are placed in a chair with your feet soaking and half an hour later you are still waiting for someone to take care of you, but that is *not* the norm, most of the times I am in and out of there in a jif. read more

I have been going to them for years. Once upon a time the service was good they took their time making sure the everything was right. Ever since they moved into their new shop the service has gone down hill. They rush through even the top pedicures (which are very expensive) and act like they're mad when they have to take gel off of your toes. I pay a lot of money for my nails and expect the quality I pay for. After this time in which my pedicure lasted a good 15 mins. and when my shoes were put back on they smudged my polish and didn't fix it right my manicure which was gel was so thick it looked like I had three different sets of nails on. Today, I stopped by to have eyelashes extensions service preparing for my trip to France. This is shop the epitome of poor customer service. When I entered I was asked what service I needed and I replied eyelash extensions. Before I could sit down the male worker stated, I needed an appointment and then nodded in the direction of a female worker. He stated I had to check with her, I approached her and asked, "Do you have any available appointments?" The woman never got up to look at an appointment book and she took one look at me and stated, "I don't think so." She didn't even make mention of any future appointments for Sunday or the days following. I tried this place once for nails and they were horrible but I was told that women love the way this woman do their lashes, now I see not only are they horrible at doing nails, their customer is in the toilet! This is the only salon I go to get my eyelash extensions... I love them there... Plus, Sina is a certified nova lash tech.... That means she's amazing at what she does and someone that can be trusted... They are always kind and welcoming when they see me... Even if it's been a while... I got a pedicure done here recently. I've only had 1 before at the old Aveda but my feet really needed it, so I stopped in. I walked in and went right back without a wait. The massage chairs were great and the pedi was very relaxing and made my feet feel and look great. It was almost as good as the one I had done at Aveda (though it was half the price). A regular pedi is $20 and you can get one with the scrub for $23, or you can get the deluxe pedi for $30. I got the $30 pedi and was pleased. The only thing I didn't like was the language barrier as all of the workers in the non-tanning side of the shop seemed to speak another language as their primary language (Chinese?) but they did keep their non-English discussions to a minimum. Classic Nails and Tans is one of the worst establishments I have ever been too. First, we got to wait 45 minutes for a pedicure. Once they started doing the pedicure, they were rough and didn't even do a good job painting our toes. Then when I asked for a design to be painted on the lady said "you want stripes"....I said "no, can I please see your design examples"....she said "NO you have stripes!" at which point I told her that I no longer wanted a design. She rudely crammed my shoes back on my feet and walked away. Then to top it off, we were charged $19 to take our polish off and re-paint our nails. I've been going here for quite some time. Their service is hit or miss. Today I went in for a new set of acrylic overlay with gel nail polish. I get the the same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in there. So, today I went in for service. She ripped my nails off. Ripped them off with another acrylic nail. Then as she was ripping I told her to be careful because she would break my natural nail. My nails are healthy and a decent length. She ignored me, cracking three of them. So all of them had to be cut insanely short. She tried comforting by saying "putting a tip on it will be healthier". I almost cursed at her. I told her to just shape my nails and polish them so I could leave. She couldn't even shape them right. I asked for square-round, she gave me hard core, jersey shore square nails. Like... What? I love the salon because it's usually quiet and 90% of the time they do a good job. But today was just not that day. Take your chances I guess. read more
