I stopped by Dino's in Indio and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and flavorful everything was. The menu is unique, and you can tell they take pride in using fresh ingredients. I ordered two fish tacos, and they were absolutely delicious! I'm not sure what type of fish they use, but whatever it was, it was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. I also ordered the El Pastor burrito, and this thing came out piping hot and fresh off the grill. The meat was flavorful, the tortilla was fresh, and you could really taste that everything was prepared right there. The salsa was excellent too! I honestly have zero complaints. Good portions, fresh food, great flavor, and friendly service. If you're passing through Indio or looking for some authentic Mexican food, I definitely recommend giving Dino's a try. Used to go here all the time with my bf. Prices were always relly good and so was the food. Workers were always super sweet too.

While waiting for my food, I saw the cook finish my order and place it on the counter. The waitress noticed it, picked up her phone, started texting, and then walked outside to take a phone call, leaving my food sitting there. Another waitress eventually noticed and brought it to me. I was surprised by this, as I would expect customer service to take priority over personal phone calls. I've never experienced this before, and it was disappointing. If it wasn't about all the good stuff that I've heard about the food here I wouldn't come in, the service is disappointing. The girls here look like they literally came off of the street and needed a job. No phone etiquette when you call. We sat down at a booth my wife had the shrimp ceviche tostada and you could basically make three tostadas from one order of ceviche that's how big it was. I tasted her ceviche and oh my god it was so amazing and a flavorful. We both loved it. I ordered a burrito called El Perro... This burrito is one of the best burritos I've ever tasted in my life. It had a chile relleno in it, with grilled cheese and carne asada. Now this was not any ordinary carne asada It tasted like it came off a grill not a flat top. The Carne asada had a subtle smokey flavor and was very tasty. Some of the best carne asada I've tasted. The food was so good that the next day which is today Sunday We came for breakfast! My wife had the green chilaquiles with carne asada and I had the huevos rancheros both of these dishes were so delicious. And the beans I love freaking beans these beans were so so so good..
