The lowdown on how it works: The Friday before: - Lizzie sends an email w/ the menu for the following week (one choice per day: Monday-Thursday). She will also work with any dietary restrictions. - I reply to the email w/ the days we'll be getting food. We typically order for 3 nights/week, which we end up eating all week long (lunches included). - Lizzie emails heat up instructions that even those of us who can't make eggs can handle The day of: 4pm: Lizzie shows up with a bag full of amazing food 6:30-8:30pm: My husband and I negotiate with (and sometimes threaten) 3 children to go to bed 8:30pm: We're hungry and exhausted after a long day of work and negotiating with our children, but we spend a few min heating up the meal 8:40pm: We eat too much of an amazing, but somewhat healthy meal...and sing Lizzie & Jen praises. --- I often bring the leftovers to work and somehow they taste even better (if possible) for lunch the next day.
