The food they made was OUTSTANDING! She cooked all of the food from scratch on site and it was amazing. We held an event for about 40 people for a customer appreciation night, and everyone was commenting on how good the food was. Jenny made us a specialized menu, catering to the types of food I requested. She kept the food fresh and warm all night, we even had left overs that people were glad to take home. When it was time for the event to end, Jenny and Robert cleaned up and the kitchen was spotless. She will be our go to chef for any future events in Indianapolis! Definitely Recommend!! So I happened to stumble into this business while I was just browsing my Instagram. Not really…read moresearching for anything. I don't know what got me to look into C.C but I did. So I found out this is a Chef Run account. I wasn't sure what it was about and so I started a conversation. He's one of those good guys trying to make a difference in this pandemic. Just to help his small circle. I agree. Charity begins at home. It's common sense. His name is Anthony Kearney. He's currently the Sous Chef at Black Cat Bistro and Bramble and Hare. Both in Boulder. Employed. But most or some of his colleagues were laid off. So he decided to help the only way he knows best-to cook. He is also sharing his hours/days with his colleagues. But I'm guessing there's only so much of those to go around. Hence, the meal service idea.. I was very excited when I found out that he used to work for The French Laundry and The Restaurant in Meadowood. Both are Michelin starred restaurants in California. Obviously, I know both, been to both and miss both! So on to the good stuff: -$13/person/dish flat rate. With careful consideration of your food allergies or food preference as in keto, vegetarian , pescatarian etc. -its cooked meal delivered to your home -free delivery in Denver and Boulder -Monday delivery of your cooked meal with heating instructions included. Monday not your day? Talk to him. -Get your order in on a Friday every week for the following week. -you will get a personalized menu Some of you will say he's no different than Hello Fresh, Home Chef, Blue Apron, Plated and Sun Basket. That's where you're very wrong. First of he's local and so he's very much in line with helping locals first. I do use the first service occasionally when I want to take a break from cooking. There is not a sign of personal service at all. Everything is one way. Mostly theirs. If I forgot to pick something for the following week we end up with the same dishes. I also feel that we are really just an Account # etc. So a good human being with a great pedigree in the culinary world. Let's give him and his group a boost. Help them help to help themselves. How to order: by phone: 720.298.9079t By email: co.culinary.curated@gmail.com DM him on Instagram: @coloradocurated Yes I did placed an order. Yea I'm putting my foot where my mouth is. Btw it's so easy to order. Email, DM ON Instagram, text, call. I don't think he sleeps at all So Monday came. Anthony delivered 4 dishes x 2. For me and Adam. I had the following: Kori Gashi ShuiZhu Niurou Fragrant Duck So far as of review time I've tried the Fragrant Duck. Moist meat. Perfectly seasoned and is actually very generously packed. I couldn't finish my share last night. You can microwave but I didn't. I used the oven. I plated it the best I can and took photos of it. I'm in my second week and of course more of his meals to be reviewed! Promise! But here's my latest fave! It's a nod to Turkish food. With a great similarity to a flat bread and with its side kick giving an ooomph. So good! I'll tell you guys about my new fave!

I found this company after getting incredibly sick of my own home cooking in the midst of COVID-19…read more I was going to subscribe to one of the meal box services but it's surprisingly hard to find ones that are decently priced for vegetarians/pescatarians. Plus, all the reviews always complain about ingredients missing or going bad, which just gave me flashbacks to when I used to do a meal box service and had all of those problems. Lo and behold, I found the single (five-star) Yelp review for Colorado Curated, reached out and the rest is history. First off, the food is DELICIOUS. Truly, amazing. I am so thrilled with everything so far. Second, I don't know how they take our preferences into account so diligently, but they do. I even noted that I like medium spicy food and so far every dish that has a spice element that matches medium to a tee. And third, when I've tried something new that I haven't liked as much (ex: a specific wine that's added to certain Chinese dishes), I just let them know and they mark it in my no-go list for next time. I also recently had a snafu on my end where despite the mistake being completely my own, the owner made a special trip out to my house to replace some meals for me. (I insisted he did not have to or that I would at least pay him for the new meals. He insisted otherwise, which was incredibly generous and absolutely not warranted. If you're reading this, thank you again - the new meals are delicious!!) I cannot recommend Colorado Curated more highly. I will definitely be ordering from them for some time, and recommend anyone wanting to try something new do the same. PS- For anyone concerned with portion sizes, the meals typically come out to two portions each for me.

Daniel worked with me on everything: budget, dietary, courses, fanciness. And he was everything I expected and more. We had a whole30/paleo 4 course dinner in our home and it was amazing. Finally, our dinner and night was great because of the meal, his flexibility, and the ability for us to have it in our home. I highly recommend Daniel and Heartbeet Chef.

Ana started cooking in our home in May of 2021. It felt so much safer to have a vaccinated chef in…read moreour kitchen rather than go out to dinner. Her food was so good, we didn't even miss eating out. Ana cooked for our family of four for about 6 weeks, and the only reason she stopped was because she had to leave town. We would have kept her coming every week if we could! Anna is just amazing. The food she makes is DELICIOUS. She cooks with fresh ingredients, tries to keep grocery costs down by shopping sales, cooks for a variety of palates, deconstructs meals to appease young kids, and leaves the kitchen cleaner than when she arrived. She's personable, reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. When we entertained, we served meals Ana made to our family and friends. Every single time people were blown away. Also, I recommended her to families in our area and without an exception, everyone was satisfied. Coming home to a fantastic cooked meal after a long day really can't be beat. Just call her today. Your future-self will thank you!

Unfortunately, Ana is one of the worst people I've ever worked with professionally. She has a…read moreterrible attitude and will lash out at you whenever things don't go perfectly her way. Working with Ana is like walking on egg shells. You never know what's going to set her off. If you send her a text and she interprets it the wrong way, she likely to immediately quit on you. This is what happened to me. Ana is a very selfish person that expects everything to go her way and on her terms. If she even perceives that things aren't going her way, she can't handle it and will overreact and make irrational decisions. The main reason Ana quit without any notice for me after using her for over two years is because I paid her $275 for not working one week for me and she didn't like me doing that. It is the craziest reason I've ever heard for quitting. I was always very nice to hear, but it is never enough with Ana. You can compliment her every week for her services, and she still isn't happy. This is because she never feels adequate enough inside. Ana has personal and mental health issues that also affect her work and get in the way of her communication and how she handles situations. It's pretty much impossible to please Ana, as she always finds a way to turn things against you, including good deeds. I wish I would have stopped using Ana sooner so I didn't have to deal with all her drama and have her quit on me without any warning. She has tried doing this to me before, but I tried appeasing her against my better judgment. In hindsight, I should have stopped working with her when she blew up on me over how she interpreted a text message in the past and threatened to quit on me. Ana is a good cook, but her personal and mental health issues, as well as her short-temper and selfish tendencies are not worth the hassle. I highly recommend never taking a chance with Ana. There are much better cooks and people to deal with than Ana.

He had car trouble. He was having some issues with his girlfriend. He had said that he wanted to move with us to where we actually live and reside because again I was only there for a week, but by the end of it, he said that he had literally been on no sleep for five days so I feel like Chef Randy should've like thought about his situation before you know he signed the contract because you know when he did come it just seems sometimes it was him. He was exhausted. He had to take the Uber there. He lived an hour so he was Uber an hour there an hour back and I just feel really really bad about those things so let's put that apart now let's pin that OKthe food, the bogies good good he did get the ricotta for me but the first night when I was looking for the creamer and coffee that we had asked him we sent him a picture because remember he was our chef so he was doing all the grocery shopping for the week. He literally did not get the creamer. He literally did not get the coffee. He got the coffee pops for the Keurig, which I don't use because I don't wanna deal with the plastic and the chemicals. I rather just percolate it so there were some things that were off, but his food was delicious. I have to give him that so while I could've gave him five stars, I did wind up giving him four because I feel like his food was very good. I just feel like the professionalism could've been handled in a whole different aspect, but I would recommend Chef Randy I would ask him before you get into contract, if his car and everything is resolved so that way you know he doesn't seem frazzle because when he seems frazzled, it's a little crazy but when he's doing the job, he does a great job
