Good service. No complaints. My oolong tea with coffee jelly and add egg pudding was great. Small place but bar seating available. Clean cute decor.

We usually get the monster, taro and brown sugar - all good

Love this place as you can customize your drink - level of ice, sweetness, boba, or other added toppings. Service is fast, we end up going here to get a drink after dinner at Sam woo or grocery shopping at 99 ranch. Just fyi don't drop your drink - my son didn't pay attention and dropped his sealed full drink and it broke so all his drink went to the bag.

Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Quick stopped by for boba and ordered peach lychee green tea with lychee jelly from their top 10 menu. It was very refreshing and jelly has some chewy texture. Perfect for hot summer days. Highly recommended.

This is the best boba I've had in a long time. I got the signature milk tea with boba at 70% sweetness level which was perfect. I loved that you can adjust the sweetness and the ice levels. The pricing was also reasonable.

Truly yummy! Our faves are brown sugar milk tea plus boba and monster boba latte. Reasonably priced, good customer service, and clean place. It is also right beside 99 Ranch so if you need to do some errands and need some refreshments, this is the place to be!

I think I'm leaning 4 stars with this one. Service was great, really friendly staff. The boba was okay, a solid 7 out of 10. Tasted pretty similar to Gong Cha I'd have to say. I'd be open to trying other drinks but don't think I'd go out of my way. Definitely a solid spot you can't go wrong with.

After dinner, we were craving something sweet, so of course, we had to get boba! The menu had a good variety of options, and we ended up ordering: Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea (Less Ice, 50% Sweet, with Golden Boba) and the Peach Lychee Green Tea (Less Ice, 50% Sweet, with Crystal Boba) Right off the bat, we wished the cups were bigger for the price. Both drinks were 50% sweet, but we definitely would have preferred them less sweet. The Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea tasted watered down and was still quite sweet. On the other hand, the Peach Lychee Green Tea was refreshing and tasty, though again, we'd opt for less sweetness next time. The crystal boba added a nice texture to the drink. If you're new to milk teas and fruit teas, this place is a good starting point. However, just a heads-up--they don't have traditional brown sugar tapioca boba, only golden boba. Would we come back? Maybe to try other options, but we'd definitely tweak our sweetness level next time!

I love bubble tea and this time was no different! Boba was cooked to perfection not too firm or chewy! I got the strawberry slush because I don't care for dairy in this case. I added rainbow jelly and I'm glad I did! Taste was perfect and will have to return and try other flavors when in the area ! Service was fast!

service: great! interior: bright, modern, and casual with a clean setup and high bar seats that makes it easy to order and hang out! health and safety: hygienic! would you crave for it? yes! my friends and i were dying from the heat so we stopped by for a quick refresher. i went for the passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly and their signature golden boba -- the tea flavor was strong but balanced so perfectly with the tangy sweetness of passion fruit. my friends tried the passion fruit yakult and it was just as amazing -- light, creamy, and refreshing. the toppings were chewy, juicy, and honestly the best finishing touch to beat the summer heat!

Whenever I am in the area I like to visit Ding Tea. Ding tea is located in the same shopping center as 99 Ranch, Pho So 1, Sam Woo, etc. Every so often I crave a good milk tea or switch it up with a smoothie or slush. After visiting one or all of the places just mentioned Ding tea is a great place to grab a drink for the road! I enjoy their milk teas as you are able to customize the sweetness and level of ice to you liking. I've tried several different flavors of milk tea and enjoyed all of them with no doubts. I am happy to say that Ding tea is one of my favs in the local area! Parking: medium size private lot. Can get pretty packed during the weekends. VERDICT: Rinse and repeat

Being a huge matcha fan, I was all set to order one, but then I spotted a unique drink on the menu called "Fluffy Hojicha." I got curious and asked a staff member what hijocha was. They told me it has a distinct roasted flavor, which really intrigued me. Not knowing what to expect from a roasted tea, I decided to give it a try. The wait for my sister's drink, along with a crème brûlée donut and a strawberry donut, was just a quick 3-5 minutes. The first sip of the Hojicha caught me off guard; it wasn't my favorite right away. But with each sip, I started to appreciate and eventually really enjoy the unique roasted flavor of the tea. The crème brûlée donut was a lovely addition - just the right amount of sweetness without being too much. ELNO is located in a building with other small vendors, and there's a seating area that fits only two to three people. I found parking easily since I went on a weekday around 4 PM. My sister mentioned that on weekends, parking is a real hassle. It's definitely worth stopping by if you're in the neighborhood.

Total came out to $16.51 and asked for a receipt from machine, but didn't get it. It didn't make sense, but I was busy on a meeting on my phone and didn't notice at the time. My Husband came to join me and come in for a drink. He ordered the Vietnamese coffee, against advertised at $5.50 and his order was $9.99. He just paid it and didn't notice but didn't grab receipt. After we left I noticed charges and was confused. I had planned to call them and we were busy afterwards so lost track before they closed. The next morning I noticed we were charged 2 separate fees in addition to the already overcharged amount! I called several times as they opened to speak with someone and was told manager wasn't in yet and finally got through a few hours later. I explained the situation and issue with charges and asked for a breakdown. I was told the syrup was an extra charge, and the foam on my husbands was extra and so on. It was crazy, but when I asked about the extra charges he said that was strange but couldn't look up on machine and that I should reach out to my bank. I should have read thru other reviews before my purchase to make sure what I was charged. I did see they charged a % for using a card, but that was already included. It wasn't to be charged after and he claimed it could have been a tip, but we didn't include a tip in the first place. Very shady practices and many people have already had issues. Use caution when ordering. I'm sure they get many people this way and rack up on adding charges to cards. Fraudulent activity that made me even have to cancel my card to get a new one. Such a hassle to deal with and so much time to deal with this issue between them and calling bank to dispute. Reporting it now to the BBB and FTC so they stop now after multiple reports. I would have gladly returned here for a drink, but it's the principle and unfair business practices. People work too hard for their money to be scammed and it's sad to see how many locals and families come in/out and are probably being scammed too. BE CAUTIOUS! Report if it happened to you!

I've also tried the Spicy Wontons, which were small but tasty. The big sell here is the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup, for $17.95. This is the only dish that's served in a big ceramic bowl, and not a to-go container. It also comes with a proper Ramen soup spoon. This is a meal on it's own. Filled with broth, noodles, chunks of tender, but fatty beef, daikon radishes and bok choy. The dish is good for the price, but the broth was a bit underwhelming for my taste. Fortunately, they have plenty of condiments to add more spice and heat. Over all, Bafang Dumpling was better than expected.
