Carl is an wonderful business person with which to work. He is thorough in explaining options. Work done today to repair a parking lot mishap was done as promised and at a price that seemed very fair. Work was scheduled within two days of the original estimate. Both the estimate as to price and the time needed to complete the job were accurate. Years ago, I had Carl fix a different car that was damaged in the Costco car wash. As a result of that first service, and my complete level of satisfaction (price, quality of work and timeliness), Ding Masters was the one and only body repair shop I thought to use, this time. No need for comparing estimates, based upon my experience. Thank you! read more

I cannot say how thankful I am to have someone like Carl to send my clients to when they need dings taken out or their bumpers repaired. In the car world there is a huge difference in quality and workmanship. I totally trust his high level of professionalism and care and attention to detail. He really is the Ding Master! Had some pretty good size dings on my truck, took it over to Carl and within a few hours every one of them was repaired perfectly. There is no better ding repair shop around. Thank you again Carl read more

Just had Carl do some paint work along with dent repair on my wife's Mercedes - fantastic job done on time and on budget. I am very impressed with his work, it looks like all those glaring flaws were never there. read more

Carl is by far the friendliest person I have worked with in the car repair business. I had a pretty difficult dent on my rear passenger door close to the front door. I took my car to 3 places and had estimates up to $750 to fix it! Not only did he give me a reasonable price, his work is flawless. No sign of this dent or any scratches. I am thrilled with his work and will definitely bring my car back here for future dents. He even brightened my day a little. Thanks Carl! Excellent job. read more

My six year old Subaru Outback was in near perfect shape until a dept of transportation snow removal vehicle hurled rocks and other debri from the street, breaking garage windows and hitting the back panel of my car in the hills above Reno. Then someone decided a couple of nice deep scratches would make the back door panel look better, and lastly some fool opened his door into my front door. While Carl could straighten out the dings, there was no way to make them disappear without painting the three panels as well. I went with that option. My car again looks new. I am beyond pleased with the quality of his work, and will not only recommend him, but return the next time I have a need. read more

got a dent on my door, 2008 Gmc truck, happened at the mall. Others had told me about Dingmasters. Showed me another dent on my door, not able to fix that one - was too close to edge ( could not get to it from behind ). The big dent he fixed at 100%. Very Happy, mu truck back to where it was. Highly recommend these people. Very honest. read more

Carl and Ding Masters are awesome. He has removed two pressure dings from my Tesla Model X and you'd never know there was any previous damage. If you need dings removed, this is the place to go. read more

GIad I did not read these reviews prior to going to ding masters. I had about a three inch dent in the drivers door of my Prius. Carl said he could get 90% of it out. Well, the dent is all most gone. I have restored two cars in the past and I know few things about auto bodywork. I don't know how he did it. Thanks, Carl... read more

So I had my niece go into these guys for a quote on a little ding she had on the hood of her 2009 ford focus. They gave her a quote of $1100 for the repair....F.Y.I... A brand new hood from the factory is $564.00. REALLY!??? Obviously a rip off.. read more

I have been taking my cars to Ding Masters for many years. He has always been upfront and honest. I'm very picky about the work done to my cars. Carl has always done above and beyond to make sure it meets my specs. A+++++ read more

This place do a very crappy job. Took my car for minor dent repair. Carl said it takes 1 week to repair. I had to call after 1 week to verify if my car was ready. They told me it's ready, but when I picked it up the job was not completed. Only 1/4 of the job was completed so I had to wait for another 3 days. My hood was not aligned and the work they did has no quality. This place accepts work but they take it to another shop who probably they pay for less than they charge customers. However the problem is Carl doesn't QA the work and assumed the work was done as he quoted customers. I had to bring my car 3 times as I keep finding out some work didn't get done correctly. Carl was not even apologetic and also rude. He wouldn't even entertain my concerns and always says he's in a hurry and had to leave and for me to come back again the next day. The girl at the front and whoever answers the phone has no technical knowledge and cannot answer any questions. Think twice before you take your car here. read more

Carl was very honest about a couple of chips and a dent in my 2015 BMW. He talked to me about his experience with doing the work that needed to be done and was spot on with what level of improvement that could be achieved. Thanks again Carl for doing what you do best. read more

Carl and Co are as good as it gets. Easy estimate process. Got an appointment two days later. Dropped off the truck and an hour later it was like the dent was never there (and I'm not an easy one to please). Great job, great price, and great service. You'd be a fool to go to anyone else. read more

Carl did an excellent job! I was hit in a parking lot and had a few small dents and scrapes removing the paint on my 2014 Fusion rear panel. It now looks beautiful again and Carl finished it a day earlier than promised...Thank you Carl! read more

I am a fairly critical consumer, but I have to say that Carl at Dent Masters exceeded my expectations. He removed a baseball dent from the trunk of my Lexus, leaving no trace of the damage. Carl is both a craftsman and an artist! Many thanks. read more

Carl and his staff are great! Super friendly and easy to work with. He got every ding out that I wanted and a few extra! Reasonably priced and he's a straight shooter. Highly recommend. read more

Stay away from this place...it is the place with the old fire engine. Took my car to Carl's Ding Masters (dingmasters) paintless dent repair. Carl was real friendly and told me that he could get my small dent to look 90% better for $125.00. The dent was on the fender and about 2 inches across. I am going to sell the car, and though the dent was hardly noticeable, I wanted the car perfect. When I came back to get the car I was shocked to see that the dent was worse then when I dropped the car off. The paint was all chipped and now instead of a hardly noticeable smooth dent there are multiple small raised bumps, like someone hammered a screwdriver from underneath the dent, it looks terrible, absolutely terrible. He did not charge me screwing up my car...what a guy? He said my car had old paint and that's why it turned out like that, I told him it was 2004, he new it was a 2004, he just stated I had old paint...WTF? So maybe he can fix dents on only new cars, and not the antique 2004 models??? This place is a joke. read more

My bf took my car to Ding Masters to reapir my huge dent on the driver's side fender. At first we were a little hesitant, due to the reviews on yelp. When we got there we met the owner Carl, and he was so friendly and very professional. He gave us a resonable estimate, and was very honest about the outcome. He told us it would look 90% better. So we scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. It took about 3 1/2 hours to repair the dents, which was a shock cause I honestly thought it would take longer (due to the size of the huge dents). So I was very happy about that. Now for the moment of truth....my car looked AMAZING!!!! Not only did Carl repair my dents, it looked like he waxed my car too. It did not look 90% better, more like 110% better. It was wayyyyy more than I had ever imagined. My car looks brand new again, and I am very PLEASED with the results. The whole experience was very professional and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Ding Masters to friends and family. THANK YOU CARL AND DING MASTERS!!!! read more

Might be the worst experience with a body shop/mechanic ever. Don't get me wrong the car looked good when I got it back, minus one thing; which I will talk about later. Overall dealing with this man is one of the most difficult things I have ever done. The process took way to long. I was never given a clear date. There was no communication at all. The car took about two weeks longer than the original estimate and every time I called to find out when it would be done, they kept pushing it back (with no explanation). One time he even told me it was done and when I arrived to pick it up, he told me to get out of his shop and that he never told me that the car was finished. To top it off, the reason I was kicked out of the shop was because I wanted to see the progress on the car. When the car was FINALLY finished, I went to go pick it up and it was like dealing with an entirely new person. He was nice, friendly and even helpful (for once). He even threw in some free pens, which at this point made me forget that I drove out to get my car and was thrown out of his shop. Turns out that when I was inspecting the final product, I noticed something... HE MISSED A SPOT!!!!! and entire piece of my car still had damage on it. All in all this place should be avoided. Long story short, I will never again be using a place not recommended by my insurance. read more
