I really didn't know what to expect, but Carl far exceeded what I thought was possible. What could have cost me $1500 for a paint job, Carl fixed for less than $100. He is definitely THE master!!! I highly recommend Ding Masters!!!! read more

I have a red BMW 335i with perfect paint until someone creased my rear quarter panel right above the wheel, I though it was unfixable without bodywork, bondo, and paint. Carl had it looking like a million bucks for a great price. I litereally couldnt even find where the crease was. Additionally, he doesnt really advertise his detailing but wholy cow, he is one of the best I have ever seen, and absolute expert and the nicest guy youll meet. Thanks Carl read more

The girl who answered the phone would not let me speak to the dent repairman. Refused to give an estimate by photo, which is unusual for paintless dent repair. read more

Carl did a great job on my 2014 Jaguar F type. It had a small door crease from parking lot wars and aluminium is very hard to fix but Carl did a great job at a reasonable price and I cannot tell the crease was ever there. read more

This is the third time I've brought my Honda Element back to Carl at ding masters. Im always happy With the results. I'm very picky about my car and always want it looking perfect. He went to far as to retouch a previous repair that he was able to get 80% out. He explained he applied a new technique that was not available a year ago when he did that spot. Now it's 100% perfect! I'd recommend his expertise to anyone looking for pdr services. He knows his stuff! Thanks Carl! read more

Went in for an estimate but be warned; don't ask any questions because you may be insulting Carl's experience.

When it comes to my vehicles one of my biggest pet peeves are door dings. Recently I traveled to LA for some dim sum and it was windy that day, guy next to me opens his door and it gets caught in the gust. Slammed against my poor Honda Fit, left two very deep dings and even some paint was chipped. My whole day was sorta ruined since it was at the back of my mind but at least the gentleman was kind enough to give me his card and said he would take care of it. Went straight from LA to my usual ding guy I use in Camarillo, he's been my go to guy for years now but it seems his quality of work is hit or miss. After he was finished, it looked good in the outdoor lighting but once I got home and parked in the garage, that's when I saw the horror. I can clearly see the big uneven waves and even some parts were even pushed outward! I would say it looked like he got 70 percent of the ding out. I went on Yelp to look for another alternative that's more consistent in quality and that's when I found Carl at Ding Masters. I drove to his place the next day and Carl was pretty shocked at what he saw. He said the guy that worked on my car totally missed half of the ding! So I made an appointment for the next morning and dropped off the car. Carl assured me he will get at least 95 percent of it out. Nice clean shop and it looked a lot more professional with his lighting setup and equipment. Carl explained to me how the process works a little and how he uses his controlled lighting to properly get the dings out. Took a deep breath and handed him the keys. I decided to wait for the car since they said it would be about an hour. Well sure enough an hour had barely passed and Carl pulled my Honda Fit to the front. After carefully scrutinizing the panel at all different angles, I would say the work he did was pretty phenomenal. He was right on the money with 95 percent or better, I would rate it 98 percent since there was a chip you can still see but Carl touched it up and polished it the best he could. Can't tell from 3 feet away. The real test was when I got home in my garage, so that night I took out my flashlights and inspected the area from all angles and I am completely satisfied. You could not tell unless you really, REALLY stare and look for it. Overall my experience at Ding Master was fantastic and Carl really is a magician when it comes to dings. I will be forwarding all recommendations to Ding Masters from now on and will bring all future ding work to him. Thanks Carl! read more

Been coming to DM since 2001, and took Carl 4 of my cars and had great service every time. He greets you with a smile and ask how your day is going and how can he be of help. He is way cheaper then going to body shop and so much faster. So if u get a small dent of ding b sure to call Ding Masters and ask for Carl u won't regret it hope this helps read more

I had a very good experience with Dingmasters. The guy who does the body work did a great job, on time, at a reasonable cost.

Great customer service by Carl and Karen. Their business has been here since 2000 and have a very good reputation

Returned to our car in the parking lot & found a dent in the door. Drove straight to Ding Masters & Carl performed his magic! Don't know how he does it, but it's as good as new ! So very pleased, did not want to live with that ding in our car door. read more

The best place to go for a Ding! Reasonable prices BUT the Ding is gone!!! 100% would go back

Once again, Carl has made my car look great! Monday I hit a pole, leaving a nice dent and white paint on my left fender. Wednesday Carl gave me an estimate of bringing it back to 90%. Today, Friday, the car looks better than it did before! Quick, responsive, friendly and quality work are what keep us coming back and referring Ding Masters to friends and family. read more

Ding Masters - Body Shops Near Me - Ventura, California

I just have to give credit where credit is due. Ding Masters is the best paintless dent removal service you can find in the 805 area. Carl is a phenomenon. He is an artist, a magician, a master, and a great guy. I've been a believer in paintless dent removal and have used it numerous times in the past with different cars I owned. My experiences weren't always great. I now own a Mercedes-Benz CLA Edition 1. It's a special car and I flew to Ohio to buy it. Mercedes-Benz only made 700 of this special edition. I bought the car with a paintless dent removal warranty with Mercedes-Benz. One interesting detail about this car is that the hood and fenders are not made from steel, they are Aluminum. So it takes special skill and knowledge to take dents out of the aluminum panels. I had some dents removed by a tech that Mercedes-Benz sent-out and he just did not do a good job. He didn't know how to take dents out of Aluminum and it just didn't look right. I really wanted to take my car to Carl at Ding Masters from the beginning. Because I knew he would've gotten it right the first time. I took my car to Ding Masters after getting a terrible dent on my door. I was doubting that it could ever come out because it was on the very sharp shoulder-line ridge. I knew if anyone could do it, Carl could. He told me it wouldn't be 100% but maybe 85-90%. Carl has such an eye for this, that his 85%, is probably most people's 100%! Thanks to Carl, that dent is gone and I don't even see it on my car (And I'm really meticulous about my car). He also fixed the dents that the other paintless dent removal tech didn't take out correctly ! Other techs have come to me to do paintless dent removal on-site in the past. At first I was not too thrilled about driving to Ventura, to have the dent removal done in Carl's shop. But there is a reason why he works this way... I learned that he works in his shop because he has controlled conditions: There he has the right lighting and all the tools he needs to get your dent out. So, if you have a car that you love, a very expensive or rare car... Take it to Ding Masters ! They are the best ! Thank You Carl !!! read more

Ding Masters - Do you see the dents on my Mercedes CLA Edition 1 ? No you don't. Because Carl took them out !!! - Body Shops Near Me - Ventura, California

He is rude, impatient and crass. Could care less whether he could do the job or not. I wouldn't let him fix my car for free. He is too full of himself. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! read more

Repaired a door in two hours and could not tell there was a dent. Very impressed. Price was fair.

The BEST Paintless Dent Repair in Ventura County, maybe even Southern California. I went back to Ding Masters in Ventura after the Santa Ana winds pushed a shopping cart towards the drivers side door of my new Acura TL, giving me two nickel sized dings. I also recently took my fairly new GMC Yukon which had ding, from which I don't know how it got there. Carl popped it all out on both vehicles, polished it, and both cars look brand new. You couldn't even tell it had a dent prior. Ding Masters is fairly priced and well worth it! My family and friends been going to Carl's Ding Masters for many years for Dent removal and car detailing. Many well known car dealerships in Ventura County go to Ding Masters for his professional work. Carl is the most friendliest, responsible, and professional person in and out of the business. There is no way I could ever imagine someone giving Ding Masters less than 5 Stars. My family, friends, and I will always be your long time customers. Thank you for everything you've done! - RS read more

Great for detailing work but if you want body work, go to a body shop. Trust Carl for detailing. He's a hard worker and a great guy!

Friendly and courteous, Dingmasters explained everything in absolute detail. Great price and service. They might keep your car for a little while longer than the dudes down the street, but you're likely to get a better deal because they aim to pound out your dings rather than replace an auto body. I can report a good experience even if they splattered paint on my car and needed an extra day to finish! Oh well. I didn't mind because my car looks awesome! read more

Carl did a beautiful job on my car -- for almost $1,000 less than two other bids. He was cordial, professional and seemed to have an interest in my getting my car fixed. I would always go to him first now. read more

Best place recommend this place to anyone, Carl has excellent service and great results took in my car for ding removal from my passenger side and looks as if it were repainted. While I was there he even restored my headlights and nearly saved me over 800 dollars. Headlights look brand new. read more

Disappointed. When I brought in my car Carl looked at it and said he could get it 90% better. When I picked it up he immediately started speed talking to me, saying he was very clear with me about how much (meaning how little) he could do with it. Well, I would say it looks 40% better so his estimate was off. So very disappointed. I could tell how nervous he was by the way he started talking without pauses. Only I disagree with the outcome, not 90% and not worth the price. read more

Got a door ding on our new car, took it in for an estimate and got a decent quote. In a hour our car was a good as new.Very courteous staff, excellent job.Highly recommend ding masters. read more

Someone gave me a big dent above my wheel well in a parking lot. The dent was noticeably bad because the rest of my car was nearly perfect. I took it to the best body shop in town and they quoted over $1000. Carl quoted me much less than 1/2 that. I was a little reluctant because of some of these reviews, but Carl seemed trustworthy. Carl, the owner, was completely professional. He did exactly what he said he'd do. He did a good job of describing the risks. In fact, I asked him about the two less favorable reviews from yelp (those from 6/13/10 and 12/6/10 and he explained every detail). Bottom line: my BMW looks brand new again. He did a great job. He was total pro. He's been doing this for 20+ years and it shows. I hope I don't have need to take it back again, but if I do I will. I highly recommend ding masters in Ventura. read more

Carl does an amazing job. Karen in the office is very helpful. You can not go wrong brining your car here. I used them on my first car; and now on my new car. I even drove from Van Nuys this time because they are great, fast and better priced then any place near me. read more

Carl was great and did a fantastic job on my car. I brought it in for a quote, and it was very reasonable for the job that he did. I was on a significant time crunch (especially with the holiday), and he made it work. It actually took him much less time than he quoted, and I got a prompt follow-up phone call when it was finished. Would highly recommend him! read more

Carl is the BEST bar none! He achieves superior results and his standard is above and beyond my own. He told me 90% improvement, but it looked more like 100% to me - and I'm very particular. Don't waste your time or money with those mobile dent repair places. read more

Carl did an extraordinary door repair on my 2-month old BMW a couple of years back. I actually couldn't believe my eyes at the time as I was unable to locate where the original dent was, still can't! Last week I took my older X5 to Carl for actual body repairs of the left front quarter panel and front bumper. I was happy to hear that he did more than 'dings'. His quote was also less than than body shops. This repair was partially trickery due oxidized paint matching. Bottom line was it came out absolutely beautiful with matched paint and not a hint that any repair occurred. read more

Made an appointment with Carl. My car had a one major dent and a few smalls ones. Carl did the work very quickly and the results are excellent. He even found a small dent in the same door that he fixed at no extra charge. The paint also had some scratches and that was fixed as well. Very pleased. read more

Carl at Ding Masters is a scholar at customer service. Carl provided great service at a reasonable price. Carl had my 2003 Jaguar for a day and it came out looking flawless. After I had it back and due to the dark paint color I noticed an additional ding that we had both missed during the first walk through. I took it back to Ding Masters and Carl immediately said he would take care of it at no additional charge. Carl took car of my Jaguar and it looks like it came from the showroom. read more

My husband bought a brand spankin' new Toyota Tacoma in 2014. Sadly, he's had to bring his baby here on two occasions since. Once after his dad left scratches on the tailgate from rubbing against it with the zipper of his jacket, and once after my Dad flung a hose, which hit his truck bed and scratched it and left a small dent. Both times, Ding Masters was able to get rid of both dings COMPLETELY! My husband was SO happy. That truck is his baby. We were also very pleased with the pricing for the repairs. The staff, both technicians and in the front, were very helpful. read more

Carl did a fantastic job (cant see the dent anymore) and Karen is wonderful!! Thank you

Carl at Ding Masters ROCKS !!!! I came to him with a horrible ding and crease on the door on my Infiniti Q50s. The repair was on a spot on the door that was near impossible to get to. He was upfront and told me he wasn't sure if he could get it out, but he would give it his best effort. When I picked up the car, the door looked great. Thanks Carl !!!!!! read more

Ding Masters did an awesome job removing the door ding from my front fender. Thank you again.

I usually do not write reviews. This place was that amazing that I just had to. The staff was all Super friendly. A lady had side swiped my car door and took off. I didn't think I was going to be able to get it fixed. I have been to this place many times before so I decided to come here again. I was blown away with how perfect my car looked when I pulled up. I couldn't even believe it was my car. Highly recommend this place to everyone I know!! The prices are beyond fair for how perfect of a job this place does. read more

Carl is EXTREMELY skilled at paintless dent removal. I've worked in the automotive industry for 15 years and have come across many PDR guys. Some good, others not so much. Carl worked on my RX8 and did an amazing job. He flawlessly took out at least 10 door dings throughout my vehicle. He is a great friendly guy, he has the best prices around, and he has a nice clean shop. I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my car. Thanks again Carl! read more
