After the Groupon, I have been here 2-3 times and love it. It's so close to me! I've always called to make an appointment. I also have got my hair cut by Sherry! She's such a sweet and genuine person. Everyone who works there is as well. Plus, I am a college student so a haircut that is $$$ is way out of my budget, but this place is amazing at $ for me. I will always go to this place now!! I HIGHLY recommend.

I told her i wanted two or 3 inches off, she took maybe 1 inch off. It seems as if she put no effort into it at all. Then she moved on to the eyebrows, which came out horrific! She basically slapped on some wax on my brows & pulled out the paper. I dont think she knew how to do this because she pulled eyebrow hair from places she shouldnt have. Im not happy at all. I mean i know i got a deal and you get what you pay for but hair cuttery & great clips charges the same & they do a way better job. Never again. Oh id like to point out that the person that did my hair & brows was the owner. Eek!

When I asked the stylist to explain the charges, she got offended according to her; she charges well over 100 for that service! But she gave me a "discount" and only charged me 80! Mind you, that my daughter's hair was already super short and she only needed a clean up. Then she accused me of wanting to get service for free, and hung up on me! She also said that there is no manager there, if you ever have a complain, forget it! I had to call the police to get to speak with the owner. And to top it all off, the anonymous hair stylist didn't even get the right shade, in fact she referred my daughter to Sammy, for the right shade! Horrific customer service (I had to call the police to be heard), mediocre work (didn't provide the right color), and extremely overpriced ($80- with discount to color less than the crown). Visit google reviews, I uploaded a picture of my daughter's hair, I don't know how to post pics here.

I want to clarify a few things, because being called a liar and having my experience dismissed is…read moreextremely unprofessional and not acceptable. I have been to this salon three times. I continued to return specifically because I liked one particular hairdresser and had no complaints about her work. My review was never an attack on the stylists themselves . However, I did feel that the environment was unwelcoming at times, and after my third visit, I felt it was important to be honest about that experience. Part of my review included concerns that were shared with me by my sister, who no longer comes to this salon due to feeling uncomfortable and out of place. She explained to me that on multiple occasions she felt she was treated differently, received looks that made her feel she did not belong, and was consistently serviced last while other customers were taken first. She is not confrontational and chose not to address it herself, but her experience mattered to me, and that is why I mentioned it. Sharing someone's lived experience does not make me a liar. To say that dismissing someone's feelings or perspective as "insane" simply because it does not match your own is deeply concerning. You cannot prove or disprove how someone feels in a space, regardless of who else was present that day. Asking a stylist basic questions about management and tipping was not done maliciously. I was simply trying to understand the environment and leadership of the establishment something customers are allowed to be curious about. Unfortunately, your response has now answered those questions for me. I fully understand that this salon primarily serves children, and that delays can happen. My issue was not the eight-minute wait itself, but the lack of communication. Being left standing to the side without explanation while others are attended to naturally creates confusion and discomfort. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. I acknowledge that I could have explained certain parts of my review more clearly, and I am doing so now. What I will not accept is being labeled dishonest or having my concerns minimized instead of addressed with professionalism. I am entitled to my opinion and my experience, just as other reviewers are. I returned for the skill of one stylist, but overall, I did not feel welcomed, and your public response has reinforced that feeling. This interaction alone has ensured that I will not be returning. I also find it concerning that, rather than seeking clarification or addressing the feedback constructively, your response publicly labels me dishonest and dismisses my experience outright. That approach reinforces the very concerns raised in my review. I stand by my review as an accurate reflection of my experience and perspective. I returned for one stylist's work, but overall did not feel welcomed. Your response has confirmed my decision not to return. You repeatedly reference having "proof" related to timestamps, payment times, and the absence of walk-ins. Those details do not invalidate or disprove the concerns raised in my review. Customer experiences are not limited to transaction records or scheduling data. Feelings of being overlooked, excluded, or treated differently are subjective and cannot be disproven through receipts, timestamps, or internal records. I apologize if my original review was not clear enough in explaining these concerns. I hope this response clarifies my experience and perspective.

i wish the experience and service went better than it did .. i booked go get my highlights touched…read moreup here for the first time and it didn't come out as expected. i usually prefer a nice blonde but nothing like a platinum, when discussing the color i was told she couldn't do that without bleaching all of my hair which left me a little confused because the person that i went to previous to this has always been able to do the color i ask for. i figured it wouldn't be hard to lighten up with a little purple or blue shampoo to achieve a color i would like better. the service continues they wash out the bleach, tone, and blowdry like normal and maybe it was the way my hair was parted before i left the salon but when i arrived home and parted my hair and a chunk of my hair is blonde in front and the other side is 'highlighted' but you can still see how much of my natural color is still there. maybe she didn't see it as she was blow drying but when communicating about it she offered to fix it but no refund along with no negotiation about some type of refund for the poor outcome. the service was $200 and it was 4 hours long with no type of money back from the service. i couldn't even pull my hair back to hide it. honestly it was not worth the money or putting my faith in getting it redone after how it came out the first time.
