You know this spot had really caught my eye to come and get my sons hair cut. Today I had an appointment at 9. Get there and the place is packed. Okay no problem we sat down to wait and nobody even acknowledged us. As more customers came into the salon they were being taken care of as I just kept on waiting!!! Rosie was the only one that approached me at around 930 and apologized because they had someone else take my reservation. Very unprofessional and the "stylist" that took care of my baby had no patience with him they had me HOLDING HIM DOWN!!! until I stood up and asked for some time to relax him. Very friendly staff! My 19 month just got her first haircut. I was worried she would be swatting the stylist's hands away from her hair, but they did a great job keeping her calm with a few different things like: the chairs be trains/planes/cars, iPad with whatever they want to watch and mirrors. Great place to take your kid to cut their hair. They listen to your request. I went to another kid's hair stylist and they produced the same hair cut even though I gave different directions each time. Let Hair Go did not produce the same boring hair cut, but listened to my directions and provided a fade for my son. read more

My three year old daughter got her first professional haircut recently @ Let Hair Go, and unfortunately , my worst fears came true: she screamed the ENTIRE TIME! Mind you, it wasn't her standard bratty regular three year old scream... she was in full- on exorcist mode!!!! Luckily for us, Anna (what a gal! Bless her heart) was so patient and kind to my lil "angel"! She gave my daughter a spectacular haircut, despite all the squirming and screaming ! This place is prefect. I have been many salons for my son and my family. I have to say this is it. Finally found the right one. The stylist Ana made my 5 year old feel comfortable and has done a wonderful job on his hair! That being said this place is perfect for kids but also has a adult feel to it. One side of the place is for children and other for the older. There is even a nail salon in the corner back In a private area. The radio is playing good music, the place has a modern look to it with a extremely comfortable feeling to it. I took my haircut despising toddler in today to get a haircut. He didn't buy into the airplanes or lollipops and just screamed at the top of his lungs the whole time. The owner, Ana, was so helpful and patient. She took her time and did the cut the right way. She even gave him breaks so he would calm down. She made a few suggestions to help him ease into his next cut. By the end he was giving her hugs. My daughter on the other hand loved everything about the salon. She insists that her next birthday party be there. They have an adorable little party room. She got her nails painted and loved it. Again, Ana went the extra mile to put cute details and gems on her nails. Pretty sure my daughter won't want to go anywhere else. This is such a great addition to Riverside! My son has been there twice now. He's under 2 and they've done a great job with his cut! The seats are cute and I like the decor. The first visit I was very impressed with the attitude and patience of the staff. They were so child friendly! I think we must have used a different girl this time. She still did a great job with the cut but seemed just slightly frustrated that he kept trying to look around. I offered to hold his head and tried to help but she kept sighing every time he moved.
