Love this place. Couldn't ask for friendlier service from convenience store.

Looking for postcards in Seattle, Washington…read more.. I searched Target/CVS pharmacy nearby - in downtown - but couldn't find any. Since Walgreens was within sight, I decided to check it out. There were none in the greeting cards aisle and none near the souvenir t-shirts. I asked the Security Guard and he suggested Aisle 4... Nope. That's the beverage aisle. I thought that I should check Aisle 1 since I looked in every other aisle... Of course the post cards were there! The last place was the winner! I grabbed a bunch and waited in line to pay. The customers ahead of me didn't have their wallets out and one woman had questions about a gift card. I give these store clerks credit... challenging customers test your patience... LOL! I just wanted to hurry outta there because I wasn't sure if I was in a free parking space on the street or not!

Your customer service in the pharmacy is a joke. I just got into town and one of my Rx was empty. I…read moreneeded an emergency refill. And instead of calling my pharmacy in Seattle, WA they sent me to an urgent care office, where I had to pay for an office visit. I got a prescription for 12 pills, the tech behind the counter told me it would be $23. When they called me back up to pick it up, the charged me $72+ saying they could break up the bottle and had to sell it as a full bottle of 60 pills. That's quite the racquet between Walgreens and the urgent care center.

This CVS saved me! I flew to Seattle from Austin this morning and forgot my anti-depressant. I'm…read morein Seattle for a big meeting, and need to be on my game. My prescription is at Walgreens but I couldn't find any open on Sunday downtown. I was about to take a cab until I noticed I needed to take 2 ferry rides. Walgreens, not open on Sunday in a major metro area???? WTF? I guess they lost too much money on Theranos... Anyway, I went to CVS hoping for the best. The assistant and pharmacist quickly did all the paperwork and I had my meds within an hour. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I just moved to Seattle a couple months ago and have been forced to use this pharmacy for my…read moremonthly prescriptions. From the first time I went to pick up my prescription AFTER receiving a text notification stating it was ready, I was forced to wait close to 30 minutes because it was in fact not ready for pick up, to this month needing to confirm that my prescription was able to be filled because the pharmacist told me I may need a prior auth - However there is ZERO number you can call as a patient and actually get through to speak to a person. You are forced to share all of your private information with an AI chat bot and then once you've made it through all the AI hoops you have to jump through, the ONLY option for patients is to leave a voicemail to which you will NEVER get called back. As someone who works in healthcare with cancer patients who need a reliable pharmacy with decent human beings working at it I would NEVER recommend to one of my patients that they put their life in the hands of these lazy, rude, couldn't care less about patient people at CVS Pharmacy inside of Target on 2nd Ave in Seattle. PS... Lets not forget that simply based on the location any person who walks into the store et large is treated like a drug addled homeless person.

UPS did not get the medication to my local UPS transfer point on 3/20 as planned. They tried to deliver it on 3/23 and I refused delivery. There is no way I'm going to inject a medication that has been without refrigeration for 4 days. I called CVS to discuss this with them. They told me it was my fault for not accepting the medication to test it's stability. Then, after nearly 40 minutes, they told me I could re-order the medication, but I needed to call back. I did call back and ended up back at square one and was told to call back tomorrow. Unfortunately the same thing happened two months ago. I'm tired of wasting my time on hold with CVS and not getting a simple answer to a simple problem. They are awful to deal with and do not respect their clients.

After four phone calls and one visit in person, not to mention over one month of waiting for someone, anyone to call us back about a prescription faxed by our doctor and transferred from Bartell Drugs, for my husband, the inept, unprofessional and lacking in any understanding of customer service by the employees in this pharmacy, we gave up! We went back to Bartell Drugs on Greenwood, had the prescription filled within an hour, received a phone call to let us know it was ready and friendly, smiling staff. If only ineptitude and callousness, not to mention rude employees and uncaring pharmacy staff was reason enough for CVS to shut this place down. Seriously, don't bother. Go elsewhere. ANYWHERE else. (That being said, our CVS experiences in Portland, OR and Arlington, VA had always been way better. So it's not. CVS per se, rather THIS particular pharmacy.)
