I've been seeking massage services on an as-needed basis for years around the TC metro, there are simply none like him. He's flexible with scheduling, punctual (he does home visits), and very knowledgeable. Even after our session he coached me on how to take care of my body. You can be a little sore the day after, but that's normal when you're working on knots and problem areas. FYI, deep tissue massage means that there will be some level of pain during the session, but Jeff is very skilled at listening to you and your body - it's a good kind of pain and it's tolerable - I still managed to fall asleep. Stephanie's massages are life changing. You might think I'm being hyperbolic, but I promise you I'm…read morenot. I've never had a massage that so effectively improved how my body felt and moved. To be clear --This is not a "relaxing I'm going to fall asleep and wake up refreshed" massage. She pushes your body and muscles to the point right before you want to "tap out", but she's able to read your body to know just how far she can push it so your muscles and tension release without going too far. As soon as she finishes an area you can instantly feel an improvement. Besides the incredible skills with her hands and feet she uses her ears. If you have something going on in your life and you're storing anger, disappointment, resentment, grief, etc. she finds ways to help your body release that too. I've left her office on more than one occasion in tears. Not because I was in pain, but because she helped my body release a trauma (small/big, physical/mental) and you can physically feel the emotions being allowed out and a weight being lifted.
