Call it divine intervention, spooky coincidence... this was the first place I found with the first open appointment. Dr Chris is personable and takes time to explain things thoroughly, but calmly. The neck pain I've always written off as stress since my teenage years? Apparently that's not normal. I learned a lot in my consult, information needing my immediate attention and action. We put together a treatment plan, milestones and goals included, with an understanding that if things haven't improved in 3 months, we'd need a neck MRI. They connected with my insurance to find out what would be covered, and what I can expect to pay. No surprise billing. I'm starting to feel better, pain is reducing, mobility improving, excited to see where my X rays are in a few weeks. So far so good. Michelle at the front desk learns your name and greets you every visit. This office genuinely CARES. They're in the healing business, not just chiropractic adjustments and PT, and I'm so thankful. I could not have found a better office nor standard of care.

I must say I thought I was taken for a ride, as I had signed up for quite a few number of sessions and some decent money. I couldn't have been more wrong, every single thing was absolutely worth that and more. Dr. Andy and Dr. John are experts, friendly and professional as is the whole team. Just superb. They listen to you and even though you might think or know what you want, they listen and solve problems with vast experience. I have not had my back pain upon waking up since 1 month after I started. My initial exam showed my cervicals going totally in the wrong direction. With exercises in office and homework for gym or home plus the weekly's adjustments, not only does my x ray show improvement; I am walking testament to that improvement. The natural curvature of my cervical line is coming back. And along that my hips, spine, shoulders and thighs got a whole lot of improvement. The team has many ways to treat you beside the adjustment. There is an elbow treatment for knots and pain that feels amazing and solves the situation. I cannot say enough good things about West End Chiropractic. It will sound unbelievable but in the past 4 months I have not had the back pain I had been having for the past 8 years. And while this is not completely resolved, each one of us knows their own body. And if you can feel improvement or rather no longer feel the pinching pain; then you know something is going perfectly right. Plus the usual, easy parking, nice plaza, great common area and right off highway 100 at the west end shoppes.

ALL of my problems are worse and now I've seen my primary care physician and she has requested an MRI of my situation. I've expressed my concern multiple times and I'm at the end of my rope. Your business is shady and unethical. I've never seen a chiropractor and I ponied up $1200 of my own money (in addition to what my insurance has been billed) and everything got worse and stayed WORSE. Why in the world would someone have to pay for future treatments when they don't even know if they will work?? Also, the fake physical therapy is a JOKE. I'd love to get my money back as now I'm going to be paying for further care, but I'm sure that I signed away ALL of my rights when I trusted your business enough to give you $1200 basically sight unseen. I could go on and on with the various experiences that were unprofessional and I don't have the energy to deal with all of that, but if you want me to leave a detailed review, I'd be happy to explain to potential "suckers" exactly what you're about. Lastly, the lack of accountability struck me as one of the absolute worst "qualities" of Dr. Dana. She has a knack for blaming everyone and everything else without taking any ownership that she could have done something wrong. AT LEAST...consult a colleague if your patient continues to be in excruciating pain that didn't exist until they were "adjusted" I hope that this experience doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. However, when you have receptionists selling "packages" to unsuspecting patients, clearly you're in it for the money, not humanity.

Dr. Schramm and his staff create a congenial, relaxed, caring atmosphere in the office. The staff welcomes patients cordially and they are kind and supportive toward each other as well. Dr. Schramm's practice has chiropractic, acupuncture, therapeutic massage, & yoga available in his office. This holistic approach appealed to me right away. Combining various treatment options seems to make each individual approach more effective in healing the body. Doctors and therapists in the office communicate with each other for a cohesive course of action for the patient, if they choose more than one type of treatment. I am being treated with chiropractic, acupuncture, and yoga for my sciatic and lower back pain. Not only does Dr. Schramm treat the symptoms, but he also pursues the underlying cause of the symptoms. He encouraged me to get an MRI to pinpoint the cause of my long-standing sciatica symptoms. He took time to discuss the results with me in detail and recommended I seek a second opinion in the analysis of the results, which I did. Dr. Schramm made me feel that I was not alone in figuring out what to do next. That guidance and positive support was reassuring and relieved some of my anxiety about my condition. I also appreciate that Dr. Schramm reiterates what is important in treatment. He provided a helpful printed sheet of instructions and exercises to do, demonstrated some of them, and followed up in subsequent appointments by repeating the most crucial points for healing my lower back. His assessment of my condition and his overall plan for my healing have been accurate and productive. I'm making great progress, and after one month of treatment, my sciatic and lower back pain are now very minimal. I have come to trust his skill and discernment in getting my body to heal naturally and in restoring it to my normal active daily life. I am deeply grateful!
