After one week of seeing Dr. Mark, I was walking down the street with a bounce that I can only describe as feeling like I was 18 again without any pain and a lightness that comes with being healthy & balanced! The office will always find a way to squeeze me in when I need it. They are so kind and accommodating that I I have referred many people to them. If you have any reservations about seeing a chiropractor or about what they do, the office will quell those fears with one phone call! :)

Blaine Family Chiropractic totally changed my outlook on chiropractic services. I have had bad…read moreexperiences in the past.... trying to over sell their services and special line of vitamins etc. But not this place. I was referred by a co-worker who goes here too, and she has worked at various chiropractic offices in the past part-time so I trusted her opinion. I'm glad I found them. I feel like they put the patient needs first over their pocketbook. I've always had stiffness or soreness in my back and shoulders due to my line of work (dental=hunched over) and poor computer posture. One day it just got to be too much. I contacted them and got an appointment same day with Kiaja. Love her! She is so kind... and funny! And very knowledgeable and able to explain what she is going to do, why she is doing it and how it should help. I love that she is hands on (back cracking), and not just electrodes and walk away for 20 mins. My insurance doesn't cover my chiropractic care. So I purchased a package I get charged every month for, and it's affordable. Their packages are similar to Massage Envy. Examples: 2 times a month, 4 times a month, 8 times a month, unlimited monthly and family packages. The bigger the package, the more savings and perks. A plus...I get to use my HSA Benny card. I've been going for 8 weeks now and my back discomfort/ stiffness is so much better. I enjoy it so much, 10 mins isn't enough time to catch up with the week's events with Kiaja. I haven't been a patient for long but Kayla, the office manager, already knows me by name. And they had a fun March Madness competition... patients filled out brackets and winners won prizes (gift certificates, free services). I know they offer other massage and cryotherapy services too. I just haven't experienced those so I am unable to comment quite yet.

He very…read morequickly became our whole family's chiro--including the most skeptical members of our family who do not normally see chiropractors. They quickly became believers after one visit. You will not be disappointed! Worth every penny. And this man does not want to see you back. His mission is to fix you and not see you again! A very different business model from most chiropractors. You will not get the cookie-cutter treatment that many chiropractors do in their sleep to every patient. He tests each muscle and joint, finds your individual problems and treats them in the way you're most comfortable. I often had the issue of chiropractors going to hard on me while treating. This doesn't happen here. Lots of massage and pressure point work. The occasional adjustment if you're comfortable. Overall great guy and I won't go to anyone else, even though I can go elsewhere for little or no money with my insurance!

I was on the search for a Chiropractor that could adjust me without the intimidating procedures…read morethat I had experienced in the past. I gave them a shot, and she was not the only Chiropractor in Waconia or the surrounding cities, but she ended up being the best. I have been going once/week because it is so affordable and it has been a natural fit in my schedule. Emily doesn't spend the whole time breaking me in half; she spends a lot of time working out knots and releasing pressure which has also helped with increasing my energy. I am leaving this review because I was T-Boned by a guy who ran a red light at 70mph which caused some issues for me. I went to see doctors for this accident and all of them talked about how good my Chiropractor was to suggest what she had been suggesting; she made a huge difference in this hard time.

As an HMO eye care center there is a decent, but not great selection of frames. While not directly or explicitly rude, I've worked with enough people in accounting to know when someone is talking to you as if they believe they are better than you. But if you're going to be a front desk receptionist and have a god complex then you better do your job correctly otherwise just go work for the government if you don't want to work or get new business especially from someone who will pay out of pocket and have no issues with bills. I understand it's hard to hire and retain good staff in America, so if termination of Mariah's employment is not a viable option, additional paid and unpaid training would be my recommendation for her.
