There was no music, until half way through, the man behind the desk put his phone music on. I could also hear people laughing and talking in the other room the entire time. They only massaged my feet for 20 actual minutes when It was supposed to be a half an hour. I guess they consider them getting set up, fetching towels from the back and wiping my feet off part of that 30 minutes unfortunately. When I asked if they take card, she went ahead and gave herself the liberty out of a three dollar tip. And then a $3.75 transaction fee. For a total of $57 instead of $50 for a half hour massage that wasn't even half an hour. Definitely don't recommend this place. The loose rubber gloves on her hands didn't really help with massage at all either. Felt as if someone was rubbing a balloon on them entire time. My advice is to shop around for a better place, this place is shit. I'm sure the other reviews are bots. They honestly don't know how to massage.

Jessica is able to find all the right spots to work on. She can tell when she hits a muscle that's tight or knotted (I'm always thinking it's amazing that she can tell the worst spots without me telling her!) and gives those areas extra attention. Over the years, I've been to four massage therapists in the area and all have been beneficial, but for my preferences Jessica has the perfect mix of a serious deep tissue massage (a "good hurt") while still feeling like a treat. Of course, she can adapt the massage to what one needs, but I need someone to help with my discomfort and I always feel better for at least a week (sometimes two) after a session.

I was nervous about getting a massage during the pandemic, despite businesses in MN slowly…read morereopening and our curve flattened and decreasing. I was heartened to see the COVID19 precautions: all clients and staff must remain masked in the salon; extra time allotted between appointments for sanitizing the rooms; temp scan, hand sanitizer, and COVID symptom questionnaire when you enter. Despite all of that I started to have an anxiety attack as I disrobed for my first close contact with a person not in my bubble for four months. Being massaged in a mask was weird but not as uncomfortable as I expected and it was so necessary for healing my mind and body during these anxious times. You can feel safe here and who doesn't need a massage these days?
