On Thursday the same week, I was waiting for an uber and sitting on the curb and dropped the phone again. It was about a 3 inch fall at most and the screen had a very large shatter at the bottom and immediately went to half black screen with colored lines. I figured they must have a warranty, so I took it back Friday only to find him, shaking his head, and saying there was nothing he could do. Since I have had that phone 4 years, dropped it before from much further and it had not cracked until I took it there the first time, I can only assume that it was the cheapest possible screen. I only reflected on them not offering a warranty after going to Geek Squad where they were shocked and mentioned that all repair shops offer some sort of warranty. So all I can say is the "nice guy" was not such a nice guy after all. Buyer Beware. I would never take a phone back there and expect a quality fix. Buyer Beware.
