There's not exactly a huge nightlife scene in Sierra Vista but my husband and I really wanted to go…read moreout to a bar and this was the one recommended. The bar isn't extravagant, but it's really nice for what it is, and it seems to have a lot of space for events. I also really liked that there was some places that were dark and others that were well lit so you could go between the two, something other bars don't always have. I ordered the Deepy Eddy Cinnamon Apple cocktail and it was fantastic. It was sweet and tart and had a cinnamon sugar rim. It's very rare I'll drink two specialty cocktails in a night and I normally switch to well drinks after but I ended up ordering two. The bar was clean and had a decent pool table, although a lot of the cues needed replacing. The bartender was really nice and managed his bar well serving drinks fast. If you're in Sierra Vista and looking to grab a drink, I would definitely recommend this bar.

My daughter and I drove all day from California and were excited to see the local sights and have a…read morebite to eat. The only establishment that was still serving food at 9pm was Doc Holliday's Saloon. From the minute we walked in, the vibe was very "locals only" as several people were gathered at the far end of the bar where the only bartender / employee was working her crowd. Keep in mind this was a Friday night and there were maybe 10 people gathered around socializing. We waited patiently at the center of the bar hoping to catch the bartender's attention. After a few minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement of our presence, I moved towards the end of the bar where the bartender was holding her audience of locals. We were a bit road weary and just wanted to order a pizza to go and take it back to our hotel as it had been a long day. Apparently we did catch her attention because she proceeded to say "Don't worry - I'll be right fucking with you", rolled her eyes, then winked at her regulars. Keep in mind all we did was stand at the bar - we did not call out to her or even wave or raise our hands to catch her attention, we just merely moved closer to where she was. We left immediately. It was a terrible experience. If I could, I would give this employee and Doc Holliday's Saloon ZERO stars based on this woman's atrocious behavior and unprofessionalism. My daughter is a young, local dive bar enthusiast and also rates this establishment as a flop. The one bright spot was the bouncer who was very nice. It's a shame his co-worker is exceptionally rude and he has to work with her. On a positive note, we had an exceptional experience down the road at Circle K with Matt who gave us a history of Boot Hill and we were able to find pizza there as well. I would highly recommend passing on Doc Holliday's Saloon and head over to see Matt at Circle K instead.

I spent my brief weekend in Bisbee trying to check out all the hottest nightlife spots. While I…read moredidn't get to everything, Bisbee Social Club was by far my favorite--I even went twice! During the day, it's a hip hangout with plenty of craft beers and a limited menu of bar food. At night, it's a whole different experience. You can expect a dance floor with limited seating. I accidentally stumbled upon the second floor--a modest arcade with a vending machine, which was the perfect place to chill out. It really did feel like a social club up here since I met people from all across Arizona and beyond. What a gem--it's good to know you can have fun late at night around here.

But while we are here, i order my usual Jameson on the rocks and Jameson and ginger ale for the wife. Vanessa the bartender brings out her own home made ginger in honey which she added to soda water in place of ginger ale and man was it good. No it was GREAT! While this seems to be a locals bar, they are all very nice and accepting of new people coming in.

The new owners have put a lot of effort into this establishment. Remodeled, nice bathrooms, lots of big screen TVs with all the current sporting events, dart boards, pool tables, Cornhole court & outdoor covered seating with ceiling fans. New owners & staff are awesome. On the downside, the clientele there is like no place else in this town. Reminds me of the Dusk to Dawn movie with George Clooney. Even tho J am banned for life from this establishment, I would still recommend it as a locals neighborhood sports bar. Just have to be aware of your surroundings, especially at night. (Dusk to Dawn)
