However, I would hope someone else can make a better choice knowing this place is just not worth it. Insane financing rates and I get when you don't have credit that's the way it goes. The bigger issue is the lemon vehicles and lack of honesty or value in this business. It's funny that they're family owned and absolutely refuse to take care of their customers, including those connected by family. I seriously considered reporting them. They sold us a Buick with a check engine light on, swearing for over a year they would take care of it. We even bought their useless repair coverage and they still did nothing. They took our money and left us with a vehicle with a torn down engine. There's literally no excuse. Absolutely predatory and disgusting behavior. You can't get ahold of anyone 75% of the time. Took it in for the check engine light multiple times and they would just take it to some shady ass place to pass emissions and give it back with the light still on and a pile of excuses. Instead of continuing to bleed money on ridiculous interest we went ahead and paid it off and after months of going back and forth and having it at the shop for weeks we finally need up with a vehicle with a half torn down engine. Do not go there, save yourself.

My husband bought his bike from here and I have been referring plenty of people to this dealership because of the online site. I totally regret referring and coming here. I was made to feel like I was totally insignificant and not worth their time. They lost a cash sale and money is the same, it makes no difference if it comes from a male or female. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They at least treated me with a more respectful demeanor this time. I just seem to have bad luck forking the dough out every time I come to this location. I changed out the cabin filter myself with a $20 FRAM fresh flow clipped right in very secure. Didn't know cabin filters got dirty so quick. I only changed my old 2014 Mustang's once, but maybe it was dirty for years. Never bugged me! I didn't change my cabin air filter till my wife started having to change hers! Lol.. not sure about the belt tensioner though. My old 2014 Mustang had a tension pulley for the serpentine belt, and it never went bad up to when I sold it February 15th, and I bought the car brand new in July 2014! I always changed the serpentine belt myself. I didn't think to check my wife's vehicle for it. They surprised me here talking about the whole system falling apart never gave me a photo/video of it but did show me a cracked serpentine belt. The other small belt in his hand that looked in decent shape with the badge coloring on it, not sure what that was, the a/c belt?

When those issues were presented to the seller, he got visibly angry and left as if we saw right through his Craigslist Ponzi scheme of a business. I offered 10% under his asking price. He said thanks for wasting my time, and aggressively drove out of the parking lot.
