Very disappointed with the performance of the system package that cost me over $10,000 (I purchased…read moretheir premium/top level speaker package and a number of other items they recommended). Before the installation, I shared my concerns below with the sales person/installer: 1. The size of the inwall speakers the recommended would not likely reproduce the full range of sound desired (especially midrange frequencies) 2. The soundstage produced by the front three speakers needed to anchor vocals to the faces onscreen - not localized to a speaker (especially not to the center channel located below screen). 3. I wanted clean but very strong bass performance that you could feel but not localize to a point in the room. After the installation I received a full demo and sure enough - they failed on all three points. - There is minimal midrange reproduction - The voices are localized on the center channel speaker (despite adjustments) - The powered subwoofer cost over $1,000, but lacks any real impact and it is easy to place where it is in the room I spent time afterwards with the installer sharing my concerns and asking for adjustments to be made. He made some efforts, but the equipment and configuration still produces very, very thin sound reproduction. There is no full range of deep rich sound in action movies (vehicle engines, explosions, etc.). Music on soundtracks sounds like it is playing out of a hand held radio. I told him I was not satisfied and not happy. All he could offer was to sell me additional speakers (left and right tower cabinet speakers and a second subwoofer), and he would give me credit back for two of the in wall speaker The amp is likely not adequate - should have gone with something higher current (Denon, Marantz or similar?). I trusted my money with their expertise/recommendations, and really feel like I failed to pick the right Home Theater company to accomplish a simple HT set up. The room is a dedicated HT room, only 14'x21' with 10' ceilings. I should have done more research. Lastly - on a personal note, I believe how an installer approaches "wire management" (see photos - no methodology) is an indicator of their attention to detail what standard they set for themselves. There is also a photo of their teeny tiny "premium" in wall speaker.

Actually the cameras are once again not recording playback video. After Charles brought the NVR…read moreback yesterday 11/23 it recorded playback videos for half a day. It's not seeing the HDD again when Charles explicitly told me he replaced the HDD with a brand new one. It's not recording and saving any playback videos again. See attached screenshots I used Charles to install my security cameras at my house. I don't know about $3000 for the equipment and including labor about a month or two, and I noticed that the video was not recording with sound and Charles did not know how to troubleshoot this he had to troubleshoot it with Lino Vision where he bought the equipment. Since I was not getting the resolution quick enough going through Charles Contact, Liono Vision, myself and resolved the issue. On top of that when I asked Charles if he did this for a living, he said yes I thought he owned the company and he did it full-time with his company. He actually works for another media company and does this on the side so that was a red flag issue right there? Less than a year later, I've noticed that my playback video actually wasn't there. I'm getting an error code and went into the configuration and the NVR is now stating it's not seeing a recognizing a hard drive. Once again, I contacted Lino vision support they promoted into my computer and using the web interface of the NVR as I showed them. The hard drive is not being recognized NVR's use a mechanical hard drive so it's probably failed. They won't warranty it because they said that the company who bought the equipment submitted that they returned the NVR and all equipment to them, so I'm not sure what Charles is playing with the wholesaler that he buys the equipment from. But none of my equipment will be warranted because the manufacturer where the wholesaler shows that the equipment as returned and I showed them the bill of sale and the invoice and I said no it's not. They said I need to take it up with Charles. Needless to say I'm sure I won't get anywhere with him.

He was prompt and an absolute joy to work with! I actually gave him a couple wrong measurements, but he was well prepared for the job and was able to accommodate my mistakes. As a matter of fact he even let me add a few things on to the job in the moment! Micah replaced a light bulb, hung a banner, and helped us to install two 20 yard draperies for the Feast of Tabernacles. Thank you, Micah! We look forward to working with you again!
