This store is a scam. I had a quote online for a $25 diagnostic for my laptop. When I picked it up…read morethey said it was $52.99. I asked them why it was that much and they said they changed the price. I asked why it's still listed on their website as $25 and they said they haven't changed it. I asked them to honor the quote price and they said that only a manger could make that change. They gave me names of two people with numbers and not one is a manager at that store. They also have old business cards of managers that no longer work there. And to top it off they didn't even let me know what was wrong with my computer that it kept shutting off. They said they would have it done in 24 hours and I had to track them down. The technician said he didn't even do a full diagnostic but I paid the full price, big scam. They have no clue about customer service nor maintaining a business. Update: a manager finally reached out and made things right. He refunded my fee for basically the technicians doing nothing to diagnose my laptop. He attributed the miscommunication due to inexperience employees that did not know any better. Hopefully this will be a lesson learned and training moment for better customer service in the future.

Notified the motherboard had damage to the CPU pins (which is not a common occurrence at all since the CPU never moves). Notified the HSC employee I would like either the company with the device or themselves to ensure the components were placed back in their appropriate locations. While the employees were polite, I received the computer back with the shell, all boards, 4 extra ram sticks (RAM and SSDs removed prior), cpu and gpu thrown in a box loosely without any ESD bags. But he advised he had to take the phone and couldn't work on it for at least another hour when the next employee showed up for work. I came back the next day and it was ready to be picked up. The repair was perfect, couldn't tell the back glass was new, not the one that came on it. Would highly recommend them, but they need to do a better job keeping appointments and doing the work when the appointment is made, I can drop off a phone anytime, don't need an appointment for that.

Thankfully, we found it and brought it back to the same jeweler for repair. Three days after picking it up, the head of the ring detached and the diamond was lost forever. When I returned, I was told, "The head was weak and that happens." No apology. No accountability. I was later told they "can't predict the future." Despite the rings being originally made there and the repair failing within days, I was charged again to fix it using one of the last remaining stones from my mother's jewelry. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. The lack of care, craftsmanship, and basic empathy during an incredibly emotional situation was shocking. I will never return and strongly recommend taking your business to the jeweler across the street.
