The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced. It is kind of like picking up a watch or clock at another store and it isnt wound or set to the right time. But it worked find once i charged it I was glad to do this route vs a new watch.

Fast turnaround, friendly staff, and when my first screen replacement had dying pixels, they replaced it under warranty without any pushback. That part of the experience deserves credit. However, the second replacement screen was also defective. Graininess in low light, visible dark spots, and the screen would go completely black during phone calls. At that point I asked for a refund rather than a third installation, since I'd already spent enough time and didn't want to gamble again on the same part. This is where I think the real test of a business happens. Anyone can deliver good service when everything goes smoothly. What matters more is what happens when it doesn't. I had an independent diagnosis from Apple confirming the display issue, and the shop initially agreed to a refund on the condition that I return the old screen. The problem was that Apple, who repaired the phone separately, retains all replaced parts as their own property and doesn't return them to customers, a policy I confirmed directly and documented for the shop. In the end, the shop declined to issue a full refund and only offered a partial refund for labor, even though the part itself was the source of the defect, not the installation. I came into this wanting to be fair, and I gave the business multiple chances to resolve it. I think it's reasonable to expect a full refund when a product fails twice, especially when returning the part wasn't even possible due to circumstances outside my control. I'd recommend this shop for routine repairs based on their speed and friendliness, but be aware of how they handle things if something doesn't go as planned. They would reference that they work with the local Apple Store, but I spoke with the Apple Store and they have several customers come in after poor third party replacements and service.

When I explained that the phone had not been backed up recently and asked if there was any way to transfer information off it, the employee told me the only way was to pay $100 for a "temporary screen" so that I could back it up before getting a replacement phone. I understand that the phone should've been backed up in the first place, but I wasn't aware of the possibility of the phone being completely inoperable once they started working on it. Unfortunately I lost some pictures of a recent vacation and the employees assured me the only way to retrieve them was to pay the $100. I ended up turning down the option and losing the pictures but the whole process was very frustrating overall.

Wife's 5 month old Samsung S21+ screen wouldn't turn on…read more Fearing the worse especially during an extra long holiday weekend, I called uBreakiFix on Saturday evening and they were able to fit us in Sunday afternoon. Dropped off the phone about 1pm and by 4pm it was back working 100%. Didn't cost a us anything since it was under warranty. Appreciate how easy they made it and how quickly they got the phone working again.

There is clouded lighting spots on the bottom right quarter of the screen and the button keeps moving out of place. I definitely do not recommend using this place especially since now I'm going to have to get the screen repaired again somewhere more reputable.
