My wife and I can always find the most adorable outfits without having to really break the bank. Although we are huge fans of outlet stores, we haven't really noticed any difference in quality or price of this outlet and its regular stores. The bad: The staff here could use some help with customer service. Our last visit was on a weekday afternoon -- the tumbleweeds were blowing around in the parking lot if you know what I mean. There were two or three staff members present at the store which was fine, but they didn't seem too bothered by us or any of the other customers in the store. Don't get me wrong, I really dislike pushy salespeople. But if you don't even greet people as they come in or ask if they need something when you're walking within five feet of them something is wrong! When I mentioned that I might resell them, the store manager, Briana Milton, completely changed her attitude towards me. Her tone became rude and dismissive. She told me she would not sell me the three items and that I could only buy one. When I questioned why, she gave me a customer service number to call, even though she knew it was for online purchases only, which customer service later confirmed. To make matters worse, she mocked me afterward, asking why I didn't give her the phone to speak to the representative--knowing full well that the representative had no intention of speaking with her. I understand store policies, but the way I was treated as a client was unacceptable. I have never encountered such cruelty from a store manager. I shop at this outlet weekly, visiting many different stores, and have never been treated with such disrespect. This experience has changed my entire perception of the Ralph Lauren brand, and I no longer want to shop in any of their stores after this. Briana Milton did eventually sell me one item, but she didn't put her name on the receipt--likely because she knew how rude she had been and was afraid of a complaint. This level of treatment is not something I would expect from a brand like Ralph Lauren. I hope action is taken to prevent this from happening to other loyal customers.

I've been making antique print jewelry for over a year now, purely for myself and friends, and I'm absolutely addicted. Thanks to Blossom & Bloom's always changing inventory, I've now built up quite a collection of fantastic materials to work with. As other reviewers have noted, they also have a regularly rotating selection of clothing at incredibly good prices. But of course, keep in mind, like any thrift store it can be hit or miss. Some days you'll find nothing, other days you'll find absolute treasures. My Mom bought a beautiful London Fog coat complete with its original tags and got it for under $10. Another day I happened to find actual, original training shorts worn by Redskins players for $3 a pair. Now my husband walks around our house in Pierre Garcon's training shorts! Yet, like any thrifting adventure, some days you'll find nothing at all. Blossom & Bloom makes that adventure worthwhile, though, thanks to its charming location and friendly, quirky staff.
