I brought it to him in August 2024 with one simple request: fix the check engine light and make the car roadworthy so I could sell it. Instead, I spent over $2,100 on unnecessary repairs, endured months of delays, and was left in the exact same place I started--with a still-broken vehicle. Darryl repeatedly assured me that the repairs he recommended would resolve the issues, but every time I got the car back, the check engine light came right back on. He charged me for additional fixes that didn't need to be made and ultimately failed to complete the original repair I requested. Despite knowing I was on a tight timeline, he made no effort to expedite the process, leaving me to chase him constantly for updates while enduring incredible inconvenience and frustration. Scott's changed the differential gears on my Ford F-150 and "chipped" the engine for more horse power. The mechanical work was first rate, but the chip they installed did not contain the current data for my relatively new 2017, 5.0 engine. Even though the chip unit was installed, they took the responsibility and cost, and refunded the money for the chip in full. Anyone can make a mistake, but it takes good people to own up to it. These folks will treat you right.

Stating that I'd pick up the vehicle at 5pm. The only time I could get a ride. It was dark when I got the vehicle just as they closed. When I arrived home I discovered that both back doors were disassembled with parts covering the floor (see photos). They were closed for the weekend so I had to rent a vehicle for my family as my van was now only a 2 seater. And I'd be without the vehicle again to get the door reassembled. They reimbursed me $39 for my inconvenience (their stated cost to put the doors back together). Months later I was shown (see photos) that they reversed the wiring for the brake light & turn signal. All this time I had only one brake light and no right turn signal thanks to their 'repair'. Two trips to new mechanic required to get it in working order .
