Took my 86 yr old mothers 2010 Nissan Murano to them. Had to have it towed there to be diagnosed. unfortunately my middle aged sister, who has little mechanical knowledge, went to the shop to deal with them. after supposedly looking at the car and supposedly running diagnostics they said it could be a number of things. she chose to have them change out the engine. After having the car for weeks and charging more than $5500, they said they installed the used engine, which we later found out had more miles than the original and wasn't even the same year, so the pulleys,etc wouldn't line up. In a couple of days the car was dead again and had to be towed back to the shop. At that point they then said the power steering pump, alternator, catalytic converter were also all bad and wanted another $2200 to fix it correctly, but it would still run. We attempted to drive it home and got about a mile from the shop where it died again. We called the shop again and were told they were "done with us", and refused to do anything about it or refund any of the money. They changed their story about what had, or hadn't been done several times and were fine bilking $5500 from an 86 year old woman and leaving her without a car. Both Dan and DJ were not honest . Would NEVER take a vehicle there. Now have to get an attorney!! read more

They were very very helpful for senior citizen that was stranded alongside the road triple a trade the car they had it tested that day and new alternator put in by the next afternoon tested it it is beautiful I can't say how much I appreciate them and their business read more

Our Silverado went into limp mode and needed a fuel filter while towing our RV on our way to our wedding campout across the state. We pulled into Autoworx and they dropped everything to get us right in to replace the filter and saved the trip. Very thankful for their great customer service. read more

DJ Olson and Autoworx, La Pine, Oregon, are awesome!!! When my car started making awful noises while I was driving on the Christmas Valley Highway and needed assistance, DJ and his team agreed to stay late until a tow truck could get me to their place of business. Then he and his expert staff assessed my car's problem. I needed a new part for my Subaru. Although they did not have the Subaru part on hand, and knowing I needed to get across country soonest, they contacted the Subaru dealership for me, made me an appointment for the following morning, and didn't charge me a single penny for their assessment. I was absolutely floored. Where in the world did such an amazing auto service center come from? They were friendly, selfless and very professional. Their assessment was spot on and the next morning the Subaru dealership in Bend, Oregon replaced the failing part and I was on my way back to Utah. Special thanks to such a great team for caring more about a satisfied customer than anything else!!! read more

Rant.... Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service with a company as I did today. We ordered a part from a local company and the party came in today. My friend was notified it was in and he let them know I had the card info to pay for the item and where to contact me. They refused and yelled at him. He sent me a message and asked if I could call down to pay for it. I asked for the number and called. Upon answering they quickly started cursing at me and yelling saying they weren't playing a childish game and would not let me give them the card info to pay for the $700+ item. After being rudely interrupted, yelled and cussed at they hung up on me. I tried repeatedly to pay for the item. My friend then went to the company to talk to them and try to pay and again they yelled and cussed at him. So he of course got upset and left saying to them he didn't understand what was going on. He slammed the door behind him upon leaving (probably not the best move but no one would listen, take his money, or explain the issue...he was upset) and the guy at the desk chased him outside and threatened to kick his a**. Worst experience ever. We will never ever go there again, and would never recommend them to anyone. We will be contacting the BBB on this one. You don't treat ANYONE like that. Especially for no reason and especially in a small town. read more
