On top of it tried to sell me a garbage set of tires for the original name brand quote when I arrived at my appointment. Complete waste of a week of my time and $300 worth of diesel sitting around waiting for this shop. We brought her car in shortly afterwards with the expectation of it getting at least diagnosed for free, because it stopped working after taking it to them. They started by saying they would check and probably replace the seat elements first and go from there. We took the car home without that done and I finally got around to checking the fuses, and the heated seat fuse was just missing. Threw a fuse in there and it works fine. They are lucky we aren't pressing charges for fraud, as they intentionally removed a fuse then stated they'd start on the most expensive item. Won't be returning.
