Casey was kind enough to drop what he was doing and come rescue me. It was probably the shortest tow job he ever did (5 feet) but I would have been late to the campsite if I hadn't come across Casey and Cascade Heavy Rescue. Thank you for saving the day. He pulled the van forward, I climbed in and activated the battery boost button (jumps the chassis battery with the rv house battery), started the van and re-parked it a couple feet from the fence. Lesson learned.

I almost never leave yelp reviews, but I felt that it was appropriate in this case…read more My car decided to break down all the way up at Crater Lake right before a holiday weekend and this was the tow company that my insurance sent out to get my car. I have a diesel VW, so most places won't even touch it. I called every shop within 90 miles that works on diesels and they were either booked for over a week or didn't want to even look at my car because it's a VW. I should note that this was a big deal because I live almost 500 miles away, so there was no way I could wait over a week for someone to even look at my car. I got a call from the owner to figure out the details of where I was parked and where I needed my car to go and by that point I had already exhausted all my options with specialty shops. He assured me that he could take a look at my car that evening and hopefully get it running ASAP. We got back to the shop fairly late (around 7pm) but he was happy to help me out. The tow truck driver (Steve) was kind enough to drive me 50 min out of his way, even though it was already 8pm, so I could get a rental car from the Redmond Airport. He also picked me back up after my car was done and drove me back to the shop. They were able to get my car up and running within 2 days, which is really good considering VW are notorious for being a pain in the butt to work on and it can be difficult to get parts. Long story short: very professional and great people that went out of their way to help me when I was having a very stressful vacation.

Spot on in the estimate, very reasonable pricing and quick turn around after hours so we could get home. All in all really great guys, great service and great price - would recommend to all.
