I purchased a golf driver and paid for expedited delivery. I was told it would be to me by Thursday August 13th by end of day. It has not arrived. I checked the tracking and it showed out for delivery by Friday the 14th end of day. I paid extra because I need it TODAY!! When I called I was told that shipping cost would be refunded. I asked for a coupon for future purchases and was told no. The refund is fine but this isn't about the shipping cost. It's about me needing the club TODAY! Don't buy anything on line from Dick's Sporting Goods. ALL they had to do was help me out with a future purchase and they just couldn't manage to do that. I'm done with them. It didn't have to be. No arms or ammunition in this store. The manager I talked with couldn't explain why. Interested in hearing from the "higher" ups on this. All other Dick's carry both guns and ammo and have pretty decent pricing, so what, is Seattle too liberal to have in this location? C'mon man! read more

Beau in the golf department said hello from the get go and immediately started talking about golf, 5 minutes later we started hitting clubs and his insight and knowledge of the game helped me buy my first new set of clubs. Horrible customer service. I keep having to flag down people that seem to be more interested in talking into their microphone than actually helping -finding item, assisting with size, with dressing room etc... And the store is not crowded with shoppers! read more

First time visiting this place, had an amazing experience. One of the best customer service hands down. Associate Haleigh helped me order a jacket I been looking for months and Associate Racheal Helped me find a wrist wrap for my workout. There are some strange activities going on in this store. Will deliberately took a piece/item from the weight set I had brought. Will the manager on duty was belligerent and rude. The Director of the store watch an employee by the name of "coach" threaten a shoplifter with a baseball. The police was never called because they feel they are above the law. read more

Oh my gosh, I am BEYOND frustrated with th horrid service I continue to receive from this company. They lost my order for my kid's basketball shoes (WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR!!!), never told us, the shoes are now sold out and NOW they want to mail me a gift card instead of allowing me to place another order online. You guys, I have spent so much time talking to in-store employees ("Sorry, we don't have that information") and over the phone and 4 weeks later still no shoes. I'm so mad and NO one from the company will help. I asked for a supervisor and was told one will call me back in 24-48 hours. Brick walls. I will never do business here again and strongly encourage others to do the same. read more

The in-store customer service was ok, the guy was very helpful but I was in a hurry and his eagerness to be helpful hindered my attempt to get in and out of the store quickly. All I wanted was a pair of hiking boots but they only had 3 choices for women (whereas they had about 12 for men). Ended up ordering them online from the store. Two days later I received an email saying that they cancelled my order.... I had ordered them during memorial day weekend when they were on sale everywhere... Sale which was over when I had to reorder them elsewhere (costing me an extra $25). Additionally, 3 weeks later no money had be refunded to my account. After calling customer service, they told me that it could take up to a month to get my money back for something that I never even received... She told me to call back if I didn't see the money back in my account by the end of the month (which would actually be 35 days later).... will never step into that store again read more

First off, I am not much of a shopper at all. Do not even like shopping. Usually go in and get what I need and leave. I do not even care if someone is helping me most of the time. I am planning for my hiking trip and needed some supplies, sleeping bag, backpack, etc. Not really knowlagable on hiking gear, so this time I really appreciated when Richard came to me and asked if I needed help. He took extra time and explained about different items they had in stock and also mentioned other items I would need. Did not feel that he was trying to push store sales on me. I know that because he mentioned other items that I should purchase that they do not carry in there stores. Made me feel comfortable asking some silly and maybe even stupid questions. I do appreciate that because I also work in customer service and when someone asking embarrassing question (to them) I will always make sure they do not feel bad about asking. Will go back to this store again for future purcases. It was the Northgate location store. read more
