I happened to log in one morning as they had re-stocked, I purchased one, and then they sent the wrong size. I tried contacting them online and nobody ever responded to me. I instead took it to this store and they had only one other one in stock which I exchanged it for, but it was a size too big, which is better than three sizes too small, but still not perfect. I was hoping for a bit better customer service overall. Will I come back? I'm sure I will, and if they are able to start carrying even more local retailers and makers in these stores I'm likely to return even more often.
