Kaitlyn answered the phone and went above and beyond--she checked the clearance section for me and found the exact size we needed (a youth 3 in turf cleats!). Not sure if Kansas City's public transportation comes through this area or not, but best bet would be to have your own rental car or have uber / lyft app on your phone for quick and easy access for on demand rides. For the most part though, I was satisfied with my purchase and got a 20% discount too. It was around the price range I was looking for - after the discount. If you are looking to start a fitness program for your health, starting that couch to 5km program, or even half marathon or marathon training, consider coming to the Gary Gribble running sports here in Overland Park to discuss your running goals and they can get you into that comfortable training shoes to get you started on the path to a healthy and inspirational success. After browsing through the kids', men's, and women's sections, we went to the beauty section, only to discover that our cart filled with items had gone missing. When we approached an employee for help, she claimed no one had seen our cart and mentioned that employees sometimes take carts they think are abandoned. We explained that we had only stepped away briefly and did not abandon it. To make matters worse, the employee, Faith, was unhelpful and seemed to be watching us closely. When we finally got a manager, Ivy, involved, she also failed to provide any real assistance. It was confusing when Faith later emerged from a back hallway with our cart, especially after the manager stated that abandoned carts were taken there. As we checked out, we noticed several items were missing from our cart. When we asked Faith to check the back for our belongings, she refused and instead provoked us. It felt humiliating, especially with other customers watching. I later contacted corporate for assistance, but their response was equally unhelpful. I spoke with District Manager Ray, who contradicted himself regarding the situation. Overall, I felt judged and discriminated against during this experience. I hope no one else has to go through what we did. I cannot recommend this location based on how we were treated. also it's been over 2 weeks with no updates after being ensured i would be called.
