Finally contacted Shopify and the told us this is the norm that they don't communicate. Shopify offered to see if they could procure us a refund. Never heard back so stopped by store. When I went into store to make sure we were getting our refund because no one notified us he acted annoyed. When I asked if they just did online fulfillment offsite and they kept inventory onsite he looked at me like I asked the most complex question ever. Must not need customers.

I guess I would get the discount anywhere anyways because of buying the 5 hats at that time. The store was kept nice and they did have the embroidery machine that allowed someone to put custom stuff on their hat.
