Winter items were in good numbers. But the backpack section didn't have much inventory. The shoes display shelves were pretty empty. Prices were similar to website, little bit higher as all Lulu items are. They had fitting rooms available too. Associates were available in the area and around the floor assisting customers. Checkout line was moving quickly too. Overall it was a nice store for mostly apparel and winter goods.

I've become a parent,…read morehave adapted to working remote, and they moved their location to a bigger and IMO better location on the Plaza. I mention becoming a parent because any pregnant woman will tell you that Lululemon Align leggings are FIRE when your body is going through all kinds of changes and I have to say that even in my post baby body I'm still pretty hooked on them. All that to say, I'm a fan. I've been a fan now for years and I have some leggings that I'm going on my tenth year with, so I think for the price and the comfort they tend to hold up pretty well. Now onto this location. I love that they moved. The old spot was small-ish, and not really conducive to browsing. I popped into this one a few times recently, first on my birthday to browse and really enjoyed taking in the sales, and trying on some things, finally settling on some great sweaters. I was really relieved to find that the salespeople working nowadays were such a breath of fresh air from the visits I made ca. 2015. They were people of all shapes and sizes, and they were friendly. I hadn't been into a Lulu in some time so I asked the woman working the floor if they still did repairs as I had a pile of old leggings that had tears and holes that I was hoping to get stitched up at some point. She told me that they stopped that policy but that they do exchanges in most situations if they don't hold up. I was honestly flabbergasted as that seemed almost too good to be true. Needless to say I went home, packed up all my old leggings that had holes and came back a few days later. Now, when I came back there were different sales people on the floor and while they were all very kind, they lacked the confidence the first woman had about me getting these exchanged. They agreed that they had this policy but TWO of them spent a solid 5-10 minutes lecturing me on how to care for my leggings properly. It was almost as if they didn't believe me that I do follow the care instructions (because I do), and that I haven't been a customer for a decade. At the end of the day I got all but one pair exchanged, and they take detailed notes now on which ones you exchanged, why, and add it to your file - I'm assuming so you don't do this a ton. Overall I'm glad I was able to get them exchanged and it certainly extends the life of a product that is still very pricey for what it is. But, I'd honestly rather they bring back their repair policy. I would have been just as happy getting my pants repaired without all of the lecturing and shaming that they put me through just to honor their own policy. I reiterate that they were overall nice and not mean about it, but it definitely made me feel like I was doing something wrong, when I'm just trying to use their product as they intended, with the guarantees they commit to with their performance.

That's what I'm talking about! We all need more people like this in the world! They helped me find something new and I am loving the new shoes and socks! I actually had to go back to grab more socks and this time around I had an equally great experience!! This store rules, parking is super easy on a weekend or weekday. I highly recommend this location!!

I checked in at 3:39 PM and was told I was #2 in line. After waiting over an hour, with no progress and no employees calling customers, I eventually gave up and left the store. The most frustrating part? The store was practically empty of customers the entire time. At 6:06 PM nearly THREE HOURS after I checked in, I finally received a text saying they were ready for me and to come back to the counter. That's not just inefficient , it's completely unacceptable. If you're going to use an automated queue system, it should reflect reality. This system clearly wasn't being monitored or respected by staff, and it wasted a huge amount of my time for what should have been a simple question. I won't be using the firearms counter here again, and I wouldn't recommend relying on their "wait list" unless you're prepared to lose hours of your day.

Next thing we know, a worker comes bombarding us about the shoes we are looking at. The nicer of the two workers, which is a LOWWWWWW standard for this place, comes over with two different pairs of shoes that we didn't ask for. The worker then proceeds to completely leave us alone and help other people at the register. That's when the nasty worker came up to us unannounced and started SHAMING our feet and our decisions in general. Saying things such as "I think you're the problem, not the shoes", talking down to us as if we were illiterate toddlers. They proceeded to snatch the shoes off our feet and take them to the back before we could even say if we wanted to purchase them or not. Which we would have, but the business was so bad we took it elsewhere. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. Take your money elsewhere.
