I thought that the variety in men's styles was much stronger (and there were lots of affordable options (brands mean nothing to me). There were a couple styles where my size wasn't available (I imagine my size is pretty common). That can be a little frustrating. The staff was super friendly and helped me use a coupon to score a discount on my purchases. I also really liked that this store had lots of places to sit down and try on your shoes. Sometimes, I've felt at DSW that there were so many people that it was hard to have some personal space while you shop. The clearance section here had a great selection, but the discounts didn't feel particularly strong. All in all, I had a good experience shopping here and would definitely come back.

My only reason for not giving five stars is that upon my last visit, the bathroom and the dressing room were very dirty... Like dirty enough there was no way they had been cleaned that day, or maybe even the previous day or day before. Other than that, everything was great. It's not enough for you to think you know what you want, they want to make sure you buy what you, your body, your legs and feet NEED. Christine, the sales person, was very intentional and methodical. She measured my feet, even though I knew my size, she checked my arches, she watched me walk, looks at my steps, and how my ankles and feet moved and asked why I was in the market for new shoes. Then she selected what she thought I needed based on my needs and my build. In the end I tried on seven pairs of shoes. I walked out with the shoe I wanted but not because I wanted it, because I knew they were the right shoe for me. Christine was unrushed, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure i had the RIGHT SHOE. I inquired about a cologne that showed it being on sale on my device however in store it rang up as original price. The fine print on my device stated OR for purchases in store OR online. She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service.
