I purchased a 60-year old home that had had zero upgrades to its HVAC system since it had been built - we needed all new everything. Bob and his team gave us honest recommendations about the best solution, while competitors were trying to upsell us on more expensive solutions, and came in several thousands of dollars under other competitors' quotes. They went above and beyond to make the experience seamless and quick - even scheduled an electrician on my behalf - and made smart executive decisions about the best way to handle issues when they arose, only involving me when absolutely necessary. As a customer, I felt I was in very good hands from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Bob and his team to anyone in need of HVAC help. Thank you, Bob!

They sent Phil out immediately and he fixed the scrubber/filter unit (recently installed by a competitor), disconnected a cold air return duct that shouldn't have been installed in the first place and turned on a breaker that was off. The system is working great now for just a one hour service call - excellent work with no upselling. I told Mom to call Bob's from now on.

Les, the owner worked up a plan to replace all of our heat pumps, air conditioning units and thermostats which allowed us to take advantage of all the PUD energy savings refunds available. We have great warranties, and they respond to any problems imediately if possible. Central Washington Heating & Air has top notch employees, starting with the receptionist who is delightful, to each and every technician who go beyond just taking care of things, to making sure everything else is running correctly. Their technicians are knowledgeable, positive, well spoken and just plain nice guys. I am glad that I can always depend on CWH&A.

Spent much longer than 20 minutes unlike the previous maintenance person from a different HVAC company. The cost was very reasonable even though i didn't use the fall or spring discounts. That's when i should have done it but be that as it may it was well worth the visit. He even checked to make sure the drain line was not clogged, again, something the previous maintenance person failed to do. I have a Carrier heat pump and CW HVAC services all brands which is a relief so you don't have to commit to the company that installed the system new. Great Job Jessie. Thanks for your expertise. Would highly recommend CW H&A.

I worked with Ben at Patriot Plumbing to redo a leaky Kinetico water softener…read more I am very happy with the high quality work by Ben and Patriot Plumbing. No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.

While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work.
