Very first time ever trying this place. And I got to say it was just OK. The floor is kind of messy little slick grease it felt like grease was all over the floor you walk outside and your boot were all slippery. As far as the service goes, service was good no complaints as far as the food goes. I ordered the two meat platter with pulled pork and the smoked brisket. Both meats were cold when I got them not warm the sides were OK. I got beans and mac & cheese and mac & cheese was nice and hot. I like Dickeys when I am looking for something quick. They are usually somewhat fast on service. Sometimes they have a lot of orders and it gets a little slow. Getting the order in usually takes less time than getting the order. They also have ice cream which I like a lot but not a lot of people know about it I think. They do catering for big parties. It should make it easy for clean up and so up when you do catering fora large event. They have the big silver colored trays. The pulled pork has been a bit dry for me lately. I always have to use the sauce with it. They have a spicy sauce, a sweet sauce, and the regular sauce. The spicy sauce is a little too spicy for me. The sweet sauce isn't too overwhelming for me. I ordered delivery. What I received was very disappointing. The two measly ribs were obviously old and the meat was hard to chew. The pulled pork and chopped brisket were okay but they applied no bbq sauce whatsoever. They did supply one small container of bbq sauce which was not enough to service even half the meat. The end result was a very dry bbq meal. The baked potato casserole was good. However the French fries did not fill even half the bag (see photo). There were only 8-10 French fries total in the bag. I'm so sad to give 3 stars. The first my husband and I ate here it was so good. We decided that this was going to be our go to spot since we are new to the area. We have ate here 4 times since and the food is inconsistent. Some times it's tough and dried out, sometimes it's the best bbq you have ever had. I wish I could be the good bbq we had the first time every time. When we order from Postmates most of the time we are missing a thing or two and they put the toppings on the side, even that is hot or miss. read more

Been awhile since I have eaten at this chain, but it turned out fine. I just got the simple classic turkey sandwich on a bun which had no pickles or anything on the bun. The turkey was carved fresh and great and the Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce added a good enough flavor to enhance my experience. About $10 with a bag of chips. read more

Ordered utilizing Uber Eats. They did great. Food was all really salty. I ordered bbq sauce with my 3 meat plate and ordered an extra sauce for a buck. Neither arrived. Would have been nice to have to bury the salty taste. I'm traveling so I checked the box for utensils to come with my meal. They also did not arrive. I somewhat knew what I was getting into, but with limited dine-in options in the strip mall, stopped in here. Food: Just Ok on the protein, but the bread was hard as a rock. I ended up just shoving it to the side. Beans were watery, but fries were decent. Service: Attentive, but the 3 people wondering around behind the counter; with no one in the lobby besides me: one could have wondered out into the lobby and cleaned some of the dirty tables. Overall: Not a bad option for a quick lunch meal, especially with daily lunch specials. Not a solid authentic BBQ option for dinner or more robust meals. read more

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered a two meat plate consisting of ribs and brisket. The cost was $18. I received two small ribs and two small pieces of brisket. I got the mac'n'cheese and cole slaw sides. The ribs were about 6" long and barely had any meat on them. They weren't even hot. The flavor was pretty boring. The brisket too was not hot at all. The meat was tender and the flavor was average. The mac'n'cheese literally had pieces that did not have cheese on them. The cole slaw was the only 'as expected' part of the meal. It had good taste and wasn't overflowing with sauce. The servers were very nice but the cost of this meal and the product I received were both very disappointing. There was no equality - food v cost. Employee looked at me 3 times without any acknowledgement. I called 4 times before someone answered. This employee told me "we're closed." I told him that I already paid for the order. He said, "we'll refund you." So I asked how are you going to do that? He said, "on the computer in the office." So I told him, "ok do that." He finally asked me my name. So my ribs were fabulous! And it was really nice to get fried okra! The mac & cheese was totally comfort food! The roll... meh! My husband got the pulled pork sandwich and the bread was a bit stale. My biggest concern is that there were only two employees at the restaurant! One young man doing the meat and a young lady doing the sides and taking money. It was surprisingly busy! Especially For 8 o'clock on a Thursday night. There really needed to be a third person! There was no one to wipe down tables... Neither of those poor kids could even go to the bathroom! The ribs were old tasting and dry and the brisket was cooked to a crisp and dry. Macaroni was cold and the wings were so tough none of us could bite into them. My family and I started eating here about 2 months ago. We didn't know this was over here in the corner! Found it while at PeiWei next door one day. We tried it out and it is delicious. We are hooked now. Crave it all the time. No line ever. Fast service. Helpful staff and kind staff. We love their Brisket and pulled pork and ribs. The beans are yummy! 2 stars for a reason! Never again. The guys working the front to help us & take our order last night at about 7 was HORRIBLE. Laughably horrible. We'd ask questions.. his responses were 'like depends what you like' .... and that was when he was friendly. What meat is the most popular 'depends ' is one sauce better with your ribs? 'Depends'. I mean this man rolled his eyes & would not help us at all. He was frustrated when we told him our sides. I guess he wanted us to tell someone else. Regardless it was quite possibly the worst service ever, we were cracking up it was so shocking. The ice maker was broken on the soda machine. They brought out a bucket so we could scoop our own ice.
