Very first time ever trying this place. And I got to say it was just OK. The floor is kind of messy little slick grease it felt like grease was all over the floor you walk outside and your boot were all slippery. As far as the service goes, service was good no complaints as far as the food goes. I ordered the two meat platter with pulled pork and the smoked brisket. Both meats were cold when I got them not warm the sides were OK. I got beans and mac & cheese and mac & cheese was nice and hot. I used to order from this place a lot but not anymore. Ordered a chicken plate from Queen Creek 9/8 around 7:30pm. By the time I got my food the mashed potatoes were hard, country gravy was a bowl of water with meat in it, and chicken was undercooked. I called to speak to the manager and the young man that answered sounded so annoyed when he asked what the issue was. He offered to refund my sides and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. We ordered on line for pick up. I ordered a big baker with chopped brisket and when we got home I opened the box and I received a pile of mashed potatoes with some toppings. There was no baked potato, there was also no communication that I would be receiving your mashed potatoes instead of a baked potato. It was not a meal. It was a side with some meat on it instead of the meal we paid for. There was no sauce on my food and no sauce on the ribs my partner ordered, and also no sauce on the side either. No bbq sauce for a bbq place??Everything was dry. There was also no extra sauce on the side we paid $1 for. No one told us to get sauce while in the facility. I would have poured my own with your service station if I knew there would be absolutely no bbq sauce on or with anything. But there was also no lids for the sauce cups at your service station so I was under the impression that was for dine in customers and that I would have some in my bag when I got home. The ribs were basically only bone, muscle and tendon with hardly any meat (and again no sauce at all). I'm honestly very disappointed, I love bbq and this was supposed to be a treat for us. We are both highly disappointed in what we received when we got home (more than 10 miles away). I hope your employees care more to make sure we get what we order. Seems like people do not care about take out orders now, but I had to since I had my baby with me and cat since we were on the way home for the vet, thought we would treat ourselves to take out. I like Dickeys when I am looking for something quick. They are usually somewhat fast on service. Sometimes they have a lot of orders and it gets a little slow. Getting the order in usually takes less time than getting the order. They also have ice cream which I like a lot but not a lot of people know about it I think. They do catering for big parties. It should make it easy for clean up and so up when you do catering fora large event. They have the big silver colored trays. The pulled pork has been a bit dry for me lately. I always have to use the sauce with it. They have a spicy sauce, a sweet sauce, and the regular sauce. The spicy sauce is a little too spicy for me. The sweet sauce isn't too overwhelming for me. I'm so sad to give 3 stars. The first my husband and I ate here it was so good. We decided that this was going to be our go to spot since we are new to the area. We have ate here 4 times since and the food is inconsistent. Some times it's tough and dried out, sometimes it's the best bbq you have ever had. I wish I could be the good bbq we had the first time every time. When we order from Postmates most of the time we are missing a thing or two and they put the toppings on the side, even that is hot or miss. read more

The pulled pork and chopped brisket were okay but they applied no bbq sauce whatsoever. They did supply one small container of bbq sauce which was not enough to service even half the meat. I somewhat knew what I was getting into, but with limited dine-in options in the strip mall, stopped in here. Food: Just Ok on the protein, but the bread was hard as a rock. I ended up just shoving it to the side. Beans were watery, but fries were decent. Service: Attentive, but the 3 people wondering around behind the counter; with no one in the lobby besides me: one could have wondered out into the lobby and cleaned some of the dirty tables. I got the mac'n'cheese and cole slaw sides. The ribs were about 6" long and barely had any meat on them. They weren't even hot. The flavor was pretty boring. The brisket too was not hot at all. The meat was tender and the flavor was average. The mac'n'cheese literally had pieces that did not have cheese on them. The cole slaw was the only 'as expected' part of the meal. It had good taste and wasn't overflowing with sauce. The servers were very nice but the cost of this meal and the product I received were both very disappointing. There was no equality - food v cost.
