My order was wrong, the baked potato was old, dry and disappointing!!! When I called the establishment over 7 times (with no answer) I decided to just post the review on Yelp. I also ordered the Kings Hawaiian Bread Pulled Pork Sandwich with the sauce on the side, I was never given the sauce so the sandwich was extremely dry and tasteless. Sadly, we were very unimpressed. Not a value for money at all. TURKEY--wasn't actually turkey-it was an overly-processed,injected kind of meat substance that tasted like chemicals. TEXAS TOAST-- nope. Just thin white bread burned on sides. GREEN BEANS--more like green bean soup-half of the container was water. FRIES-if you like crispy fries, these aren't for you. I am so disappointed with my visit here... 1) main cashier had his nose and mouth exposed while talking to me. 2) then he took my money and with the same gloves got my side order of rolls with the gloves that he used to take my money and touch my food. So disappointed and threw out all food he handled. 3) utensils, condiments, sauce ladle, sauce containers, etc. were all self serve where people can literally touch it all. Why can't these be prepackaged and handed out per order and not a free for all? 4) cashier touched his mask several times and continued to interact with my food and money. 5) found pieces of plastic in my brisket that looks like the Saran Wrap that wraps the meat, at least 5 inches worth. This establishment has friendly staff, but they truly do not value the safety of their customers or quality of food or follow covid protocols. This was one of the worst chicken sandwiches I have ever had. It was meant to be a buffalo chicken sandwich with all the toppings, but it had no flavor at all. The few fries that came with the meal were decent, but the amount of food you get for the price is outrageous. This was the most disgusting food I've ever been served . Ordered thru doordash a 3 meat plate w extra rib 2 siides and "cornbread " muffin. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was clean and neat, but empty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After our meal we know why! The food was good, but a few comments. Before going there I looked at the menu online. I saw Brisket Chili, but the Chili had NO meat. Very disappointed. It would have been delicious, and for 10.99, there should be meat in it. The bone-in BBQ wings were tiny. The price was 14.99 for 10 (no sides), but they were too small. They are double the size at Pizza restaurants. The best value was the pulled pork sandwich. We took some of the pork off the sandwich and put it in the Chili. We know restaurants are hurting right now, but the way to fill them with repeat customers, is to ensure they get a fair value. We will probably try the restaurant again in the future, but we hope their business grows, and hope they can tweak the food a little to be a better value read more

Ignore the 1 star reviews, real meat and slow cooked BBQ is expensive anywhere you go and thier prices are on par. Really bad BBQ. I have pit experience. This was awful. Brisket was ridiculously dry. No smoke ring. Seemed more like a roast cut instead actual brisket as the fat rendering seemed suspicious... Gave it to my dog and he wouldn't eat it. Pulled pork sandwiches were also incredibly dry and barely pulled. No sauce on them. Huge segments of un pulled pork. Again, no smoke ring nor smoke taste. If you produce pit Barbecued meat- you HAVE to get these two proteins right. And to be candid, it's not that hard. Not returning unless they want to address this very poor experience. Not worth $40! Where do I start? When we walked in, no one greeted us but stared at us like we were a bother. Not being here since they opened, I now remember why. Everything was disgusting! Why is the meat always cold? The potatoes tasted like sour milk, the brisket dry, and the only flavor was the burnt edges which tasted of salt. The chicken was very moist and had zero flavors, even though it looked like it had something sprinkled on it. The turkey tasted as if it was boiled in plain water. The mac and cheese looked like it but lacked any flavor of the cheese. The unsweetened tea had turned sour, and the sauces were watery. The biscuits tasted fantastic, and I would have enjoyed them more if they didn't absorb all the moisture in my mouth. However, the fried okra was highly delicious! Those who follow me know I have a love hate relationship which this place when I lived down south. I decided to try the nearest Dickeys which is a 30 minute drive. Wonderful experience. This place has some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I start off of calling the store and telling them I'd like to place an order over the phone because the website is no longer working so I cannot place an order.. soon as the guy answers I said yes I would like to place an order he goes over the phone? Yes over the phone. He says we don't do orders over the phone. I told him why is that I just did one over the phone when your website wasn't working last month. I asked to talk to the manager and he said no one was there. I asked for his name and he didn't want to give it so I asked for corporate number he gave me the personal number, I proceeded to call the owner and ask him if it was possible to get an order placed for my family and he said to place it online. I had told him that it wasn't working and he said that it was on corporate and I need to place it online they don't do over the phone, I told him that it again and again he just kept telling me to place it online he wasn't understanding. Had a promotion for a free to me plate if they would honor it if we drove out and placed the order and he said it's only online and when I told him that the website wasn't working, he proceeded to tell me that I just had a place online that was the only way Understanding whatsoever, I was trying to support a business a business that I actually like this is what my family wanted for dinner and we will no longer be getting it. Super sad but I'll no longer support this company ever again. No wonder why they are going out of business everywhere.
