The sauce is sweet and smoky and will overpower the meat. Or - be weird like me and mix a little in your potato salad. It's good for that. Maybe get a few pickles, onions, or jalapeños from the condiment bar to eat with your brisket, but don't ruin it with the sauce. Just enjoy good, slightly smoky meat.
