HORRIBLE!! baked potato tasted like it was made three days ago and heated up, extremely dry. no extra sour cream even though I paid for it. once I got there I was told that they didn't have any fries and to pick out a different side, when I got out to the car the new side wasn't even in the bag. I had to go back in. I had ordered a family size fry and received a small beans in exchange. I paid for bacon bits and when it also wasn't in the bag, she stated they didn't have any. I ordered from this place via Door Dash. It took a while to get my food but I'm a Truck Driver stuck at a Loves so I considered it to be worth the wait. The driver was excellent, short sweet and straight to the point! Dropped it off with a smile! But I was missing a few things.... 1) My Odawalla Lemonade 2) My Original BBQ sauce 3) And My Butter The food was somewhat cold, and the overall presentation wasn't quite what I expected especially since I was looking forward to seeing what Texas had to offer as far a cuisine! So many good bbq places in Texas so it was my mistake to give this another try after an abysmal experience years ago. The chopped beef sandwich I ordered came as a side of meat and a rock hard biscuit. The meat was chewy and fatty, clearly scraped from the sides of a pan that had been sitting there for hours. The sides were about the same. The baked potato casserole was old and flavorless and had the consistency of wallpaper paste and the bbq beans would be better straight out of can. Tried for the first time today and that was a big mistake! Got the #1, picture showed a sandwich, drink + 1 side for 8.99. I got the brisket sandwich with fries. The brisket was dry and tasteless and the smallest sandwich I've ever seen. The sandwich should be labeled as a slider. Fries were soggy. Then I happened to look at my receipt and seen the total was 14.62. So the tiny sandwich was 8.99 plus 4.50 for fries. WTF! The food is trash and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Last night a sizable order was placed at this location for delivery. The manager phoned, asking for our address and it was provided. That began a 2.5 hour long ordeal, with the complication of a considerable language challenge with both the manager and the delivery driver. After many phone calls and no delivery, we traveled two miles to the store location, where we found neither the manager nor the delivery driver. For a half hour they wouldn't even answer their phones. Then we had to go and find the lost delivery driver, who never found our address. Then, there was no barbecue sauce in the order. If you're going by this location for a single order or two, you might be satisfied, but delivery might leave you out rescuing the driver. read more

So I called this establishment first and asked if they delivered because it's the day after new years she said no because of holiday but I was calling to say forget about my yelp delivery but they received it and said that they could not cancel the order it gets here and it's actually paid for I forgot I had my card on yelp I wanted to pay cash the girl didn't remind me that it was paid for so my bill was 14 $ and I tipped 17 oh well happy new year's. Barbecue wasn't bad but it was dry as hell and the sauce was watery and the dry ass meat sucked all of it up so it went nowhere , I'm hella pissed off. I didn't like anything I tried. Had the potato salad; was pretty much all must and maybe a little relish? The brisket taco was swimming in grease that soaked into the tortilla by the time I got home. The chicken sandwich with the bbq/ranch sauce (which I typically love), I didn't like at all. I will say that my cat loved the chicken when I washed everything off...and the sausage I didn't like in the least. So very disappointing! read more

First and last time will EVER purchase anything from dickey's bbq (if that's what you want to call it). The baked potatoes were cold, like refrigerator cold in spots. The "chopped" meat was SHREDDED...wonder if they know the difference. Threw my potato away but my poor elderly mom who doesn't believe in wasting food, ate a portion. She said the coleslaw was okay but I didn't taste it since was disgusted with the potato. You should be ashamed serving such poor product. We try to support the community by ordering from various restaurants during the pandemic, however no longer from you. Worst customer service from the cashier, supposedly manager. He has the worst attitude and lazy. Instead of redoing our charges because of the mistake of charging us family pack and we order picnic pack he only gave us the cash and I was explaining to him the incident earlier when we requested for him to charge only 20 for one card and the rest the other card or cash but he swipe it. We told him that's not what we ask you, but he said it doesn't work that way. If that was the case you should have told us, we should have paid you cash. He doesn't want to do it so we left and came back again because of the mistake in charging us more, instead of the picnic it was the family pack. He knows we ordered the picnic because he was watching but charges me family pack because I made a mistake saying family pack. We traveled to get it corrected and he gave me cash in return I was so upset i gave him the receipt, I should have just let him redo the transaction. We got home and the food was one of the worst barbecue we've ever had, it was salty, the pork ribs were tough, NOT TENDER at all and it was dry. The baked potato casserole is tangy, or has a sour taste so it went to the garbage, the only thing fair so far is the macaroni and cheese. But dannggg... we will not go back to that place because of that cashier / manager. It was our first time and it will be our last. We ordered the picnic pack and the cashier knows what we ordered because he was watching. When I went to the counter I made a mistake saying family pack, the cashier/manager didn't say anything and charged us. We got home and we look at the receipt so we called him and he said come back and I'll fix it. So we did and he just gave us cash instead of redoing the transaction but in the process he just have this bad attitude, no customer service at all he just want us to leave. Ohhh I was so upset I gave the receipt back, I should have kept it so I can contact the corporate company and make a complaint with this personnel. We return home and well, the food was bad, the pork ribs was salty, it was tough and burnt, not tender and very dry. The bread supposed to be toasted but it was burnt, I took pictures.
