The half chicken was smoked, tender and juicy. The brisket was meaty and flavorful--they didn't skimp on the meat in a slider like many places do. We split it and still had meat falling out! St. Louis ribs are usually too tough for me--but these were fall-off-the-bone tender like baby back ribs. All. To. Die. For! We didn't try all the sides, but we recommend the baked beans (husband liked putting extra BBQ sauce on them) and corn. Note: the corn bread is not to be missed! We ordered online and everything was spot on in the drive-thru. The people are super nice as well. Enjoy! And thank me (and all the Holland Sentinel voters!) later!
