What made the situation worse was watching other customers, who were seated after me and even those who walked in after I arrived, be greeted and fully serviced while I was completely ignored. As someone who has visited this establishment multiple times, this experience was not only frustrating but unacceptable. No customer should feel invisible, especially in a place they've supported before. To be very clear, I was also the only Black woman present at the time--and that did not go unnoticed. It is 2026. We should be far beyond experiences that make people question whether they are being treated differently. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I truly hope management takes a serious look at their service standards and how all guests are treated.

You sit down and then a server comes in waves on you like a typical restaurant. The other location you must order at the window first and then have a seat. Our waiter was great especially since they were so busy on the opening week of crawfish season. Lots of draft beer to choose from you can even get a bucket of White Claw now.
