The tartar sauce accompanied it nicely with a squeeze of lemon. The slaw and fries were also great. I had the brisket plate with mac & cheese. Other then Dempsey's in the Kiln this is the only other mac & cheese I like on the Coast. Cheesey gooey goodness. I know mac & cheese is a hit or miss at some places and also a hit or miss depending on the day you go. On this day it was just right. The brisket had just the right amount of fat to make it juicy and delicious. It comes with a small drizzle of the mild BBQ sauce on top but, there are bottles of the mild and spicy BBQ sauce on the table if you need more.
