I went with the rude dude combo. The rude dude is a double cheeseburger. I got it with bacon, which meant that my burger was tattooed. I liked that I got a small poutine as the side because the poutine at Rudy's is excellent. I also got a fountain drink. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was done. She let me know when my food was ready. I found a table by the wall with windows. I filled my cup with ice and Diet Coke. It was so refreshing. I went back to refill my cup because I needed more of it to wash my food down. It is drafty in this eatery. Most folks had their coats and jackets on. There was a heater in the corner, which did little to heat the entire eatery. I looked at my receipt. Sarah had asked for my name. It was Marrie on the receipt. Close enough! My order was number 71. I thought that I'd hear the number called out and fetch my order. Nope. Sarah brought my food over on a tray. So nice! I thanked her and went to town eating my late lunch. My rude dude burger tasted yummy and fresh. I loved the buttery leafy lettuce, juicy sliced tomatoes, two slices of cheese, sauce, and bacon. The two smashed beef patties were flavourful and perfectly grilled. The bun was soft and held everything together. I loved being reunited with this burger! The poutine was excellent.
