I put my claim in from my insurance app, and all appointments were made for me. When I got here at 9AM. The very nice lady already knew I would be coming. Paper work was ready to be signed. A call to worker to look at my car, and all was checked in before the rental arrived. Impressed is an understatement. I picked & and trusted this place based on the 4.5 starts they have in YELP. The lobby / waiting room is very nice and clean, welcoming and inviting. From what I see, this office is moving smoothly by two ladies in the office. "Woman power" The bright lights really make the place look great. So this will have several updates to it as the process of getting my car repair works out. Day 1 check-in process, they get 5 stars . Day 2. The insurance company did the appraisal and approval for the work to be done. When you want it total, they fix it. If you want it fixed, they total it. Lol. I am told it will take about 15 days. I will wait until this Thursday to go by the auto body place and get an update on it personally. At that time, it will have been 10 days. And believe me. I miss my car. Lol

The parking lot is big so no need to move cars around. The inside was so clean, too! Seriously, they had a fountain the the foyer! The staff was very thorough with what body work needed to be done on my car and was realistic with the timeline. They worked with Enterprise to get me a rental if needed, as well. They finished well before scheduled and gave me a call when it was done. They went over all of the work with me and let me tell you, my car was BEAUTIFUL! They even washed it and detailed the inside. When half my front bumper was dragging along Route 18 and pieces of it were flying up and bouncing off my windshield, I felt motivated to do something. I fixed my car with duct tape and drove over to Mastercraft for help. Jose and Carlos were skilled, respectful, and professional, and ordered my part immediately. They texted me as soon as the part came in and I dropped my car off Monday morning. On Tuesday afternoon the car was fixed and ready for pick up. I am grateful that they did the repair so quickly and well! Additionally, they gave my car back to me vacuumed and dusted. I had a bunch of towels and reusable cloth grocery bags and books thrown all over the back seat, and someone even straightened those out for me, folded everything neatly and stacked it in a tidy pile. The fender was slightly bent and the bumper had some scrapes on it. The headlight needed to be replaced, and they also said they would repair some rock chips on the hood and other fender for us. The first result was a fender with numerous black specks in it, waves, bumps, a sharp edge where they masked the paint, and missing paint in a few spots. They also forgot to fix the rock chips and the headlight wasn't adjusted level. I complained and was welcomed to the nasty side of the owner. He gave me a huge attitude, demeaned me, and treated me like a child. Told me I was being picky, despite numerous visible imperfections. He had the gaul to say that a car isn't jewelry and it's going to get rock chips and road debris anyway. After some arguing, he told me he would buff out the imperfections. After I was hesitant to agree to this, I allowed him to try to fix it. He said he would also fix the chips on the hood. It turned out that he needed to respray the fender because they supposedly didn't strain the paint properly and couldn't get the black specks out. The second fender although not perfect was a lot better than the first. However, I was horrified to see that the rock chips on the hood looked like they were repaired by a 3 year old with a bottle of nail polish. I complained to the owner yet again and he was nasty yet again, saying that is industry standard and I don't know what I'm talking about. He refused to do anything, except charge me what it would cost to wet sand and buff it out. I took it upon myself to fix it. Today I received a call saying they would buff it, but I told them that I already repaired their shoddy work. Poor quality of work is one thing, but I have never met an owner of a business who is so disrespectful and rude to their customers. I will never be going back to them ever again. I am also contemplating getting the entire front end of the car repainted by a shop who know what they are doing.
