In my opinion, the patient shouldn't have to be inconvenienced by an issue like that. Once the service is booked, the details should already be finalized between the transportation company and the insurance provider. On the return trip from the appointment, it appeared that dispatch had provided the drivers with a different address, which caused a slight delay. Thankfully, the driver called to confirm the correct address, and the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, I want to thank Units 154 and 151 for providing such pleasant and courteous service. Despite the minor issues, I appreciate their professionalism and would consider using Cathay again for future appointments.

It'sa delight to just roll into the van, get locked down, plenty of room for able-bodied companions, and get where I'm going, no fuss, no muss, no worries. It can cost more than a taxi if you are going a short distance, say from Times Square to the Met, but for this customer, it is worth every penny to have a ride guaranteed, and no hassles about the wheelchair.

Carrying passengers with special needs, the elderly, the patients on years of dialysis, are all very complicated. They try their utmost best to pick up our mom on time. Starting with dispatchers Jenifer, Rosie, and Lance to drivers Willy, Irene, Steven, Ron, Othneil, Jean, Alex, Nestor and rest of the team, they have all gotten to know us and Mom and treat her with care and courtesy. They do their job with responsibility. Always taking all safety precautions. I read some of the old reviews in disbelief and then inquired directly from the company since I wasn't a customer then. Apparently, ever since Gil took over the company and Jenifer joined the company, there has been a complete overhaul. They add new vehicles every 3 months. I guess I should be thankful that after being hit by the driver of van 90 I at least was able to get the name of your company. While the video isn't perfect, you can plainly see that van 90 lurches forward, lurches forward, lurches forward, and then as the light turns red, he is fed up, and makes a hard right turn into my car (you can see the car move forward from the impact) and van 90 then runs the light and is off and gone down Trotting Course Lane. Are you still covering up for your driver who fled the scene of an accident???
