I found these folks by accident and they really came through for me…read more You can reserve online, pay ahead of time, and the driver shows up, usually early, and the dispatch and office lady coordinate quickly and efficiently to iron out any wrinkles (Manhattan offers many challenges to riders trying to find their drivers!) It'sa delight to just roll into the van, get locked down, plenty of room for able-bodied companions, and get where I'm going, no fuss, no muss, no worries. It can cost more than a taxi if you are going a short distance, say from Times Square to the Met, but for this customer, it is worth every penny to have a ride guaranteed, and no hassles about the wheelchair.

I have spoken to the company but, still will like to give a warning for anyone looking for an assisted transportation because there are people who are recklessly driving. The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. My car has cameras and I'm happy to have been able to catch the company name and the car number so this employee can learn from his wrongs.

I'm always apprehensive when booking something like this because you never know how smooth or not smooth things will go. Everything went great that day. I like their minivans, doesn't seem to much of a production to get her in and secured. There is room for 1 or 2 additional people that may be traveling with the person (we had an aid with her). They were on time and patient. I'm already using them again.
