Great fast service, got two new batteries in my watches for 20dollars, way better than the price at the mall. I was able to wait for them to be done, and run over to next door Trader Joes and do some quik shopping. read more

My fiancé and I took my engagement ring here to be cleaned and sized. My ring looked beautiful and fit great when we picked it up. While we were there we were able to trade in an old piece of jewelry and put it towards a wedding band we found to match my ring perfectly. I'm so happy with it. Thank you Moses for your help :) read more

Unfortunately I need to get a ring cut off my finger. Fortunately I found this place. The staff was so kind and understanding and Bill had the ring off my finger in seconds with no pain. I would think if they are this good at something this stressful they would be great at finding the perfect jewel. read more

They offer the best prices on trade-in-gold. Very beautiful store with a wide selection. Thanks Moses for your help. Jarrod L.

Used the Yelp Deal (80 bucks for $200) and purchased a white gold tennis bracelet. Joe was super friendly and very helpful. I'm coming back here for sure! Highly recommended! read more

I marvel at the face recognition software and algorithms that had this place pop up in Yelp with a request for a review. Since it did, and since I did in fact go in there once to ask about a watch repair, and since their required deposit was so outrageous, I vowed never to set foot in the place again. I ended up getting the watch repaired at Schilbert's in Murrieta for a fraction of the cost this place asked just to look at the watch. read more

I walked into a beautiful store to get my wedding set resized. They were able to resize the set from a 7 to a 4.5 with confidence. I just got engaged last night and I wanted to show my family my engagement ring. They were able to resize my ring the same day so I am now able to share the news with my family and friends. The the work they did was flawless and the price was great! They are definitely my go-to jeweler for repairs! They have made this girl's holiday a memorable one! read more

I like coming to these guys super sweet and helpful and the prices are good and their honest .

Excellent! Highly recommend. The staff is very knowledgable and helped us out tremendously. We are very picky customers and they were able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. They offer excellent value and service. We were very happy with the low pressure, high quality service. A wide variety of jewelry, watch service and more. They worked with us with high satisfaction on a diamond ring. We are going back within 1-2 months to make yet another purchase! read more

I found this jewelry store off FB (Temecula Talk). I was looking for a wedding band, and if they can mount it together with my wedding ring. The gentleman that helped us was the owner. He was a nice man, I can't complain about the customer service. I found my wedding band and he informed me for 30 dollars more they would mount it together to my wedding ring. Long story short it took them 3 days, I picked it up and tried it on. The band was not correctly mounted to my ring, it wasn't symmetrical at all. You can see the chunk of metal showing all around the parts where they tried to mount it together. What even upset me more was the lady who was there (owner wasn't there) made it seem like it wasn't a big deal. I was upset because it wasn't caught by the jewelry staff. I would think it's common sense to look very closely to the "finish product" and make sure it was done correctly before you just give it the first time customer. We spent over a thousand dollars for this band and to mount it together. She told me she needed the ring for ANOTHER 3 DAYS! I picked up my ring today, it was fixed but I would think they would be more sympathetic, offer me a discount on my next purchase or just show how sorry they are through there customer service but they didn't.I will never come here again!! Never! If a jewelry store doesn't show pride in there work than they are not worth your service. I thought I'd update my situation, since it's important to give credit for the compensation I received for how unhappy I was with my wedding ring/band. On the third attempt the owner made sure to have my band solder correctly to my wedding ring. It came out beautiful! I was extremely happy with the final work. I wish I didn't have to go through this, or write such a bad review, but this is my wedding ring! On top of that, I had a watch there getting repaired when I first brought my ring, and the owner made sure not to charge me for the work he did on my watch. That's great customer service right there! I didn't expect that, and that means a lot to me that he wants to make sure I'm happy. read more

I didn't know what to expect when I went there. I looked up selling gold on-line. From the moment I entered the store, I felt welcome and comfortable. The price I got for my gold was amazing!! I asked about some other repairs, and those prices were also reasonable. I will definitely go there again. This is a must for selling gold. Thank you so much!! read more

Diamonds by Monet, what can I say, I had some jewelry that I wanted to sell, I went into this store previously and was offered a good price, i just wasn't ready to part with my jewelry, long story short, I came back in months later and they offered me a great price for the same jewelry, just about 40 dollar difference as gold goes up and down daily. They made the transaction quick, easy and you get paid cash. Went to about 3 different places locally and they paid the highest. i am coming back in to get some custom jewelry made by them, they work for the client which is great. i will make the drive from OC for this place again! Definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be doing business with them again for sure! Thank you! read more

Had a cheaper ring that bent and needed fixed. Found Diamonds by Monet on Yelp and went in to have it repaired. I went in on a Friday, and because they had to solder it they said it wouldn't be done until Monday. I called them the next day and told them I would be leaving town Monday and if they could finish it Saturday I would appreciate it. He finished it on that Saturday and I picked it up before I had to leave and it looked perfect!! Quick, affordable, and great work! read more

Brought my wife's diamond wedding ring in to have the prongs adjusted because they were getting a bit worn. Their jewelry repair representative did an outstanding job all while I waited and watched this master jeweler at work. Always careful where I bring my wife's diamond to get cleaned and polished because I heard of some horror stories from the past and experienced one myself some years ago. This family owned and operated business has a stellar reputation from previous yelp reviews I read prior to choosing them. The staff, Marie and the owners Father, they were a pleasure to have waited with while the work was being done and I have now experienced first hand the reason for their five star reviews - they deserve all of them. They certainly gained another loyal customer today, thanks for the great job! read more

I called to get pricing to have a ring resized. Not only was their pricing less than I have found their customer service is amazing. I dropped my ring off in the morning and picked it up 3 hours later. Loved that they were able to do it in house and not ship it somewhere else. My ring came back perfect to size and cleaned. I highly recommend this place! read more

If your looking for a high end store with amazing prices, this is the place for you. They have a great selection and the staff is so nice and helpful. The store is beautiful and very classy. If you want to bring your fiance to buy an ring she will not be disappointed! I have sold my jewelry here too.....top dollar paid:) but I ended up buying a bracelet because I couldn't resist the beautiful selection. I wouldn't go anywhere else:) Special thanks to the handsome young man that always helps me, I believe his name is Joe, it's hard not to purchase something when he helps you, he is always amazing and knows exactly what to show me. read more

I unfortunately lost my diamond in my wedding ring! I looked up diamonds by money on yelp and they had so many wonderful reviews that I felt comfortable enough for them to help me! They put a new diamond in my ring setting and me the happiest woman alive!!! Moses was so incredibly helpful, kind, and patient! I never felt pressured to spend more money than I wanted, he even talked me out of spending more money than what was necessary!!! They are the best! read more

I had my engagement ring re sized Here they did an excellent job and the customer service was great! I would highly recommend them, they cost a little more than other places I had called but definitely worth the extra money! read more

I've been there twice and received great service. Fast & Friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful people, great customer service, friendly and kind! :) I plan and hope to do more business with this company in the future.

My wife had lost a stone on a ring and needed it resized. The stone was an odd color and shape. It was purchased 30 years ago at Montgomery Wards and was the first ring I purchased my new wife. We were going on cruise and my wife wanted to have it repaired before we went. The folks at Monet did everything possible to locate a stone with the closest shade and size of the stone that was missing. The job they did was outstanding and had it ready before the cruise. Thank for the courteous and professional job! read more

If you are looking to sell your jewelry, heed this warning, do not go to Diamonds By Monet!!! I was looking to sell a Diamond ring and happened by this location since it is near my house. I had one of the staff take a look at the ring, mention that there was a minor flaw in the diamond and could give me $525.00 for it. I felt like it was worth more and decided not to sell it. Fast forward to a few days later and I decided that I was fine with letting it go for the original amount discussed ($525.00). I go back and the same staff member does an appraisal on the ring. This time around he tells me that there is a major flaw in the diamond and that they can only give me $238.00. I explain that on my original stop I was offered more and the guy proceeded to tell me that there was no way they would have offered that much (same guy who appraised it last time remind you). Long story short, I left the location angry, happened upon California Jewelry and Coin in Murrieta where they offered me $875.00 for the ring! Thank god I did not fall for Diamonds By Monet's dirty practices and end up getting screwed out of almost $600.00. I will never step foot in that store again. Please be careful when selling jewelry here and I promise that if you go to California Jewelry and Coin in Murrieta, they will give you what your jewelry is actually worth. read more

This was the first time I had used Diamonds by Monet. I needed to have a ring sized and I called them to get prices. They were good at asking questions as to the exact service I wanted. They set a time for it to be done. I dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up on Wed. The chiller was very professional and when I picked up the ring it looked amazing. It's giving it a good cleaning and shining and I was very proud to put it on when he gave it to me. It's nice to have something promised by a certain date and have it be done. read more

Do not go here if you are looking to sell gold! Even though they advertise $55 per gram they don't give that. It's a total bait and switch game. They also lowball on diamonds. If you want a real fair price go to La Masters!! read more

Very nice guy. I had two old rings to get rid of. He had me in and out in like 3 minutes with more than I expected. Relaxed approach; he encourages you to shop around before taking up his offer. read more

This is the best jewelry store in the valley! I went to the jewelry store that has been here the longest and they were overpriced and did the "double team" thing to try for a close. (A huge turn off at LaMasters) I went to "Diamonds By Monet" and they helped me arrange a special surprise for a member of my family. They stayed open later than usual just to help me with the surprise. They treated me like family, and went way out of their way. Joe and Martin explained everything clearly and even though I had many questions, they never seemed bothered and took all the time I needed to get the surprise just right. Also, last year I took gold to sell and they gave me the best price. Even though they will make money if you buy something, they actually make you feel they are just glad you stopped by. Can't say enough good things about them. You can't go wrong by doing your business at this store. read more

I have come in a few times a year for 3 or 4 years now and during the some of the busiest times of the year. I am always greeted quickly even if they are with someone else. The gentlemen who have helped me each time have been very courteous and seem to genuinely care about me and my jewelry even if they weren't purchased there. They don't argue your taste, and are willing to do whatever works for you. They deserve all the praise they have gotten and more. read more

Have had many pieces of jewelry repaired here. They are fair priced and very honest. I would also recommend shopping here, as from what I can see by their prices, they are very reasonable and willing to negotiate. read more

Moses was awesome. Great customer service I came here after having a bad experience at watch solutions and I'm very glad I did. We didn't know anything about this store and just wandered in. We were pleasantly surprised to find beautiful jewelry at a very fair price. Moses is very accommodating and tries very hard to make sure you leave happy. We had a variety of needs: repairs, re-sizing, watch bands, and new jewelry. We feel like we have found "our jeweler" for whatever is needed. read more

Customer service was awesome. They were very helpful and had good selections to choose from. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Came in looking for a new engagement band and I was going to transfer diamonds I had on an older band. They showed me a few options but then also told me they could make my older band, including the diamonds, look new again. I wasn't aware of the cleaning process of the rings and it ended up being way cheaper to just have them refurbish my older ring. I got it back within a few hours and the ring looked brand new, I ended up saving a lot by not having to buy a new brand and saved on the labor, thank you guys for the great service. read more

They were the first place I went to sale about 1 oz of pure gold. They had good service, but offer was low. If they bought it off me and took it to the place I sold it they would have made $450 on me. Better my pocket than theirs. Do your research before you accept an offer. read more

I had an amazing experience with this jeweler! I had a small metal charm which needed to be reattached to the clasp. I was absolutely pleased with the results. It was ready to be picked when it said it would be done, and the sales associate was very friendly and really seemed to care about his customer. I would recommend Diamonds by Monet to anyone looking for a phenomenal jeweler! read more
