Diamonds by Monet, what can I say, I had some jewelry that I wanted to sell, I went into this store previously and was offered a good price, i just wasn't ready to part with my jewelry, long story short, I came back in months later and they offered me a great price for the same jewelry, just about 40 dollar difference as gold goes up and down daily. They made the transaction quick, easy and you get paid cash. Went to about 3 different places locally and they paid the highest. i am coming back in to get some custom jewelry made by them, they work for the client which is great. i will make the drive from OC for this place again! My wife had lost a stone on a ring and needed it resized. The stone was an odd color and shape. It was purchased 30 years ago at Montgomery Wards and was the first ring I purchased my new wife. We were going on cruise and my wife wanted to have it repaired before we went. If you are looking to sell your jewelry, heed this warning, do not go to Diamonds By Monet!!! I was looking to sell a Diamond ring and happened by this location since it is near my house. I had one of the staff take a look at the ring, mention that there was a minor flaw in the diamond and could give me $525.00 for it. I felt like it was worth more and decided not to sell it. Fast forward to a few days later and I decided that I was fine with letting it go for the original amount discussed ($525.00). I go back and the same staff member does an appraisal on the ring. This time around he tells me that there is a major flaw in the diamond and that they can only give me $238.00. I explain that on my original stop I was offered more and the guy proceeded to tell me that there was no way they would have offered that much (same guy who appraised it last time remind you). Long story short, I left the location angry, happened upon California Jewelry and Coin in Murrieta where they offered me $875.00 for the ring! Thank god I did not fall for Diamonds By Monet's dirty practices and end up getting screwed out of almost $600.00. I will never step foot in that store again. Please be careful when selling jewelry here and I promise that if you go to California Jewelry and Coin in Murrieta, they will give you what your jewelry is actually worth. read more

This was the first time I had used Diamonds by Monet. I needed to have a ring sized and I called them to get prices. They were good at asking questions as to the exact service I wanted. They set a time for it to be done. I dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up on Wed. The chiller was very professional and when I picked up the ring it looked amazing. It's giving it a good cleaning and shining and I was very proud to put it on when he gave it to me. It's nice to have something promised by a certain date and have it be done. read more

This is the best jewelry store in the valley! I went to the jewelry store that has been here the longest and they were overpriced and did the "double team" thing to try for a close. (A huge turn off at LaMasters) I went to "Diamonds By Monet" and they helped me arrange a special surprise for a member of my family. They stayed open later than usual just to help me with the surprise. They treated me like family, and went way out of their way. Joe and Martin explained everything clearly and even though I had many questions, they never seemed bothered and took all the time I needed to get the surprise just right. Also, last year I took gold to sell and they gave me the best price. Even though they will make money if you buy something, they actually make you feel they are just glad you stopped by. Came in looking for a new engagement band and I was going to transfer diamonds I had on an older band. They showed me a few options but then also told me they could make my older band, including the diamonds, look new again. I wasn't aware of the cleaning process of the rings and it ended up being way cheaper to just have them refurbish my older ring.
