I did realize that 4 of the posts were about the exact same incident that must have happened back in 2014 or 2015, but that was still an upsetting read! I just went in to Antonelli Jewelry, with whom I have bought several pieces over the years, because I used to live in Butler, and I really had not experienced anything like what these other customers had been through. Two days ago, Friday December 4th, my wife and I went in to look for a ring for our nieces' Sweet 16 birthday, which just happened to be December 4th, and yes we were waiting till the last second to shop for a gift, since the party is today, Sunday December 6th. Allison was a huge help in selecting not only a fantastic ring but also a rare London Blue Topaz, a rare type of Blue Topaz which is our nieces' birthstone, gem that fit the ring and was an amazing color and quality! Allison was so nice and helpful and was able to have the gem set, the ring resized almost 3 and a half sizes larger in 14K white gold, and was able to have it ready for pickup on Saturday December 5th at noon! She also gave us one heck of a deal, and barely charged us anything for the resize, especially since it was a lot of white gold to add. She then gave us a wonderful package and birthday wrap. I had such a great experience that I bought 2 more gemstones from her when I picked up the ring, and placed an order for another specialty item that she had tracked down by Sunday the 6th! I love this place, and am sorry that anyone had a bad experience, but would like to remind everyone that Antonelli Jewelry are humans and we all know humans make mistakes, and don't let a horrible day that someone has had, steer the course away from a family business that has been in Butler for 25-years!!!

And if his repair services are so shady, who knows what he is selling too…read more Went there to repair an emblem that fell off my gold pendent. 2 months later when it fell off again, I found glue left behind. They glued the emblem on instead of sotering it and I lost that emblem, which was a decent piece of gold! What self respecting jeweler thinks that's a proper service? Also was repairing a gold chain link which was replaced by a link that's obviously not gold as well. Turned dark and green... Better be safe than sorry. Avoid the place if you want to avoid a headache.

They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great.
