FYI: I have never reviewed anything before, this is my first. That's how passionate I am about this. It all started about 2 years ago when my brother asked me to go with him to get a ring for his now fiance. We stumbled upon Gallow Jewelry on 46 in Wayne, NJ. As soon as we walked in we were greated with warm welcomes. Yes, most places are like that cause they want your business... This was different, I could feel the sincerity. After explaining to Rudy what my brother was looking for and his budget, Rudy was able to make the most beautiful pear shaped engagement ring the we all fell in love with! My brother is very particular so when he asked for certain changes to be made, they were made to perfection! My brother was able to buy his fiance the engagement ring of her dreams without emptying the bank! Needless to say when it was my turn to go with my now fiance for our ring, we went straight to Gallo Jewelry and asked for Rudy! I explained to Rudy what I was looking for, I am so picky of course I couldn't just pick a ring that was already made from the display counter LOL. Anyway, I had a very specific picture in my mind and sure enough, Rudy made it into a reality! I changed nothing about the ring, it was and still is perfect! Both of my experiences at Gallo Jewelry were painless and very pleasant! I appreciate how brutally honest the staff is, they will not show you anything they, themselves wouldn't wear. They work with all different budgets and do not discriminate! No matter how high or low your budget is, rest assured, you will walk out with the finest piece of jewelry. They're goal was to make us happy at any cost and for that I will always be grateful! I will never shop for jewelry anywhere else! Can't wait to go back for our wedding bands. Gallo Jewelry. A Christmas miracle. I purchased a photo engraved chain from Gallo Jewelry. It was for my man. He had just lost his aunt whom he was very close to and then right after that his very best friend from childhood years had too passed away. I reached out to many jewelers but none quite stood out to me the way Gallo did. I found them on Instagram, at first I was honestly skeptical because what I wanted, they had no pictures of previous work. Only magazine samples. Best risk I've ever taken on a purchase. They were able to put both his aunt and best friends faces on the chain. It's photo engraved with one picture on both sides. It came out so so sooooo beautifulllll, it almost made me cry lol. It was the perfect size, not TINY like the other jewelers had for a RIDICULOUS price. Gallo gave me the perfect photo engravement, it's so neat and perfect. They even helped me find a chain to match the pendant. It goes together PERFECTLY. When I gave it to my man, whom had NO idea I was even getting it, he was in complete shock and silence for about a whole 2 minutes. He then went into the bathroom and cried for a good half hour. He called everyone in his family and all of his other best friends on FaceTime & showed them, no lie, instantly each and every one of them too cried and told ME thank you for HIS gift. So after I stopped at Zales I stopped at gallo jewlery, what a difference in service. Such a big store too. They let me take my time and look at their selection without pushing anything into my face, took me 30min just to look around and choose couple of pieces that I liked. Then they patiently explained me everything about those pieces, they even noticed my broken watch bracelet and fixed it for free. Now quality difference was enormous from I color and i2 clarity in Zales they showed me F color SI1 and VS clarity for more than half the price of what Zales rep told me for their jewlery. And that point I was be able to afford few pieces for my mom and girlfriend. They wrapped it too. I will have to bring my family here now for Christmas shopping. They literally have everything you want. They even have lounge area with coffee where I waited for my repair. Do yourself a favor don't go to department store they don't know what they are selling there. Go to the actual jewlery place like this that have education and professionalism. I was following Gallo for a few months.. I couldn't help to tag my fiancé on all his beautiful rings. My fiancé did shop around a little before he decided to travel to jersey. Gallo Jewelry met all of his expectations ( and mine)! Rudy, the owner was extremely helpful and honest. He showed my fiancé rings within his price range and gave him many options. I highly recommend this family owned business I immediately was greeted by Ceylan via email after seeing there post on Instagram. She was very attentive to all of my questions and sent me photos of videos of my ring interest we continued interacting until I finally made a small deposit on my engagement setting after about 4 weeks it was time for me to pick up my ring I was so excited not only for the ring but to meet Ceylan and her family. We were greeted by smiles from the moment we walked in. They have a gentleman there to size your ring on site I loved that as well. Most places were not able to get the peach sapphire I wanted or if they did it was completely out of the budget. Traveled from Philly to see the rings in person. Followed on Instagram and was amazed by the videos and pictures of all the beautiful rings they had. I was even more amazed at the prices and quality when me and my husband went in person.
