Here's to a pointless review. Shami has 49 reviews to date and running a 4.9 star rating. That…read moremeans they're virtually flawless. I took my son's IWC GST in for service. It hadn't been worked on since I purchased it almost 20 years ago and it needed it. It also needed a chrono pusher replaced. Now, was the repair cheap? Nope, on the contrary, it was close to $1200 but, as Dr. Aldo Gucci said years ago, quality is remembered long after price is forgotten and their work was excellent. 6 weeks later and it was good as new. As someone who can best be described as a perfectionist and who demands the same from businesses I patronize, I'm here to tell you that they're the real deal. You can trust them with anything from a battery replacement on a Timex to a rebuild on a Patek. The absolute best. Kudos.

I don't know but I can't resist buying new watches but here is the thing, over the period, they…read moreneed new batteries, and I am like, buy a new watch instead of spending $200 -of course, that's not logical. So, I had like 10-15 watches to replace the battery. Not sure why but I searched and did not find many options nearby. Seems all the stores are in NYC only. I found one in Fairfield and went there for battery replacement. At first glance- looks like a high-end store, a collection of Rolex, Breitling, and those $5000 watches. The person (I don't know if he was the owner or not), was friendly. I asked for battery replacement, it was $15 per watch. I replaced the battery in 6 watches, it was done in 15-20 minutes. In and out in 30-35 minutes. They have in-house watch specialists, truly professional folks, I asked a few questions about the tachometer and how to keep the batteries long-lasting and discussed a few topics. PS: They have their own parking.

Anthony & Co Jewelers - We turned this customer's traditional engagement diamond ring into something even more extraordinary. Handmade by our jeweler Anthony.

VERY UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS.........Anthony and Co Jeweler's is A COMPLETE SCAM AND RIP OFF. Not…read moreto mention there is nasty girl that works there. I brought in 2 watches for batteries and a slight band adjustment. Also, 3 chains that needs the clasp tightened. I was charged $101.29. I did ask for an estimate when I dropped my things off and the same girl said, the batteries were $10.00. She said she didn't know what they would charge for tightening the clasps but it shouldn't be too much. The owner was in the back room, I saw him I asked her to ask him for an estimate and she said no, he's been really busy and she can't bother him. That's where I made my second mistake my first mistake was walking in the door. At that point I should've picked up my belongings and left, but I stayed. Truth be told, I thought my bill would be about $50.00. I had never been in this store before. I was too lazy to drive to my favorite jeweler Mazzo Jewelers in Totowa. This was right around the corner from my house, if I had any idea...... I would have gone to Totowa. I have been buying, repairing, and getting watch batteries for many years. I have never charged an amount like this. When I questioned the snotty little girl at the front desk, she said "well he cleaned the jewelry too"....... are you kidding me? I am a senior , and they took advantage of me. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, AARP, and I will be posting this in the Wayne Patch. How dare they take advantage of people and think they can get away with it. I would give it zero stars I had to give it one star in order to post this review.
