Their staff has been very helpful. On a recent visit, we were in for some items that we ran short of, and, of course they had enough for us to finish. BUT, more importantly, we had an unusual design that we wanted to implement. I wasn't too sure if the right pieces and parts existed to implement our design. Surprisingly their staff got the visual quickly and was helpful in thinking outside of the box for searching for a solution. This rarely happens in the big box stores! It was very refreshing to talk with a staff that actually has worked on projects. We'll be back!
