No reason to round up... I gave the young man a $5 bill for a $3.98 item. Him: "Do you want to round it up?" Me: "No." Him: "I don't have change." Me: "You only owe me a dollar." Him: "I don't have any dollars.. or change." Me: "Why?" Him: "I would have to go to the back and get some....." Me: "Why would you do this (to customers)?" Silence. More silence.
