My gf and I stumbled across this little shop today…read more It's a three story shop with salvage and vintage items in the basement. Food items and misc new items on the main floor. The top floor is more new merchandise and a large wine selection. Many of the food and new items are from local Iowa producers (manufacturers, wineries, orchards, etc.) which I love to see! The shop is clean and the displays are well done. Pricing is fair and plainly marked. I assume the woman who helped us is the owner/one of the owners. She was very helpful and social with us. #iowanice A nice little stop!

They have cool rare and hard-to-find stuff such as a NIN triple album brand new in the shrink wrap for $100. I have to shout-out Katie and Eleanor + the crew at Something Blue. My first experience at a…read morecompletely different bridal shop had felt a little all over the place, rushed & way too invasive in personal space for my liking. This was the second bridal shop I had tried to find a wedding dress (something I wasn't even convinced I really wanted). That was until I met Katie in a last minute Saturday morning try on appointment with my future mother-in-law in attendance. She was very friendly, straight forward & made this visit effortless. The experience was comfortable and felt undemanding. What surprised me is; I got a dress that 100% loved on the hanger but was not what I thought I wanted AT ALL! However; when I put it on, I just absolutely loved how fun & unique it was! I'm glad Katie was so honest and had me try on different styles to rule some out. My only hope is that I can convince my fiancé to come try on tux's. I would recommend this business to anyone! Side note; this was an old bank & the vault inside is super cool.

I can't believe there aren't reviews about this place on here!…read more My work colleagues found out about it through google so we went to check it out. At the time that we went, there were only two variety of apples that were ready for picking. I ended up picking only the one I ate later because I figured I wouldn't be able to pack them in my suitcase, but they've got loads of stuff inside their cute cabin-like shop. I ended up buying a jar of apple butter that I took back home and put on practically everything! Because it was so hot the day we came, we bought some apple cider slushes, really cheap, and delicious! It made walking across the apple groves much more enjoyable. There's lots of shady areas where you can sit down and enjoy your beverage, or just hang out. This farm would be a fun time for the entire family as well.
