Very nice Bar and Grill. Fries were scratch made with a uniques shape that had visual grooves that I had not seen at any other restaurant. Aside from the unique shape they were nice and crispy and quite tasty in their own right. Cleary a superior burger and fries versus other restaurants that are in the area. Aside from the food I had their Old School Margarita and their Deadwood Old Fashioned. The Margarita was just OK in my opinion. Basis of the drink was 1800 tequila which I am not a fan of and Cointreau. Seemed to lack the Agave Forward notes I look for and lime component was not as bright as I like it either. However, the Deadwood Old Fashioned with the Woodford Reserve Bourbon was outstanding and definately one of the better made ones in the area. The restaurant itself has a nice ambiance about it with rustic western vibe which I really like. There is also a large outdoor dining area to take advantage of the nicer days which is something to consider if that is what you are looking for. Relative to staff, they are so friendly and outgoing with excellent follow up throughout the meal and clearly a strength of this business. Overall a great dining option in the Northville area and worth checking out if you are in the area.

The new'ish server was rude and messy. She had our food on her sleeve, tried to pour our wine in regular glasses and even though the place was almost empty, she was nowhere to be found when we needed her. We'll wait a few months before trying again. I don't want to give up since they've been on the top since they opened but something is going on and it's not a good change.

To start, five of us shared the arugula salad which was simple and fresh, but oddly came without dressing (which we asked for upon realizing it was dry). We also got the garlic bread. I would recommend skipping the garlic bread all together because its not very different from the complimentary bread. For mains, two of us had the chicken parm, two of us had the cannelloni di carne, and one had the gnocchi. We also shared two bottles of wine which seemed fairly priced. Overall, the food was ok but certainly pricy for what we received. The service was polite but inexperienced and inattentive. There were some mistakes with our food but nothing major and they were able to rectify. We also got a panettone to go ($25 for the medium) - yum!

Table 5 - The steelhead trout served with fennel, artichoke puree, and quinoa fritters (not shown) was fantastic.

I then consulted Yelp and we decided to give Table 5 a try. The interior is very pretty, decorated nicely with a good mix of tables to allow some privacy. We opted to dine outside because it was such a beautiful evening in Northville. We were seated at a cozy table and met with a hospitable server who made the meal even better. They start you off with house made bread with whipped, flavored butters. The special butter of the day was banana bread flavor. Oh my, what a treat! I love the creativity and the effort! It was very much appreciated! We had a lovely and I mean very lovely appetizer which was the whipped ricotta with peaches, toasted pistachios and blueberries. It was served with herbed bread and this was nothing less than spectacular! I couldn't stop dipping. The mains were the filet with whipped mashed potatoes along with asparagus. This was devoured and resulted in being a member of the clean plate club. Kudos to the chef, perfect steak! We also had the wedge salad with green goddess dressing. This was really tasty, fresh and filling. We were so full and satisfied so their famous butter cake will have to wait until our next visit. I hope that will be in the very near future! Table 5 is definitely on our favorite restaurant list!
